Sunny private bedroom with a balcony in a nice apartment located in quiet street in Abdoun area , Abdoun is one of the best and most safe residential areas in Amman, walking distance from many supermarkets , bakery , restaurants , clubs, shops, & gyms.
My house is only 15 minutes from the old town " Downtown " by taxi.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable and Sama'n went out of his way to make my stay enjoyable, including checking in every week to see if I needed anything. Recommended.
Sama'n was awesome. He was a gracious and very generous host and he gave us a great introduction to this amazing city and country. Highly Recommended.
Amazing! I had the best time in Amman, thanks to Sama'n. He is such a kind person and made me feel most welcome. As a solo traveller I felt so comfortable and safe at his place. He was very caring and also invited me to spent time together with his friends and showed me all the nice spots in Amman. The apartment is very big and beautiful. You will have a great time. Highly recommended.
This was our first time in Amman and I can not begin to tell you how hospitable Sama'n was - he took us around on Sunday eve to a few of the local spots (great food!), checked in throughout our trip, lent me his extra SIM card (!), and we met a few of his friends.
His flat is very big, clean, and comfortable.
Sama’n was an incredibly gracious & generous host, and the apartment was comfortable. Sama’n invited me to join him for a couple of group social outings; this was a great introduction to Amman and helped begin my trip in a positive way. I had no issues as a solo female traveler -- Sama’n has impeccable manners & is very respectful.
Sama’n is a really generous and experienced host. He could teach master classes on hosting and I learned a lot from him about hosting my own place at home. He’s very socially active in Amman, and you will never lack suggestions of places to go if you're new to the city.
He’s especially focused on providing his guests with local experience, and knows the ins and outs of the tourism business and genuinely enjoys hosting and meeting new people. Even after staying in Amman for a month as I did before staying at Sama’an’s place, he had plenty of ideas and suggestions for me to rediscover Amman.
I haven’t had a problem or issue (my visit was riddled with these) that he has not been able to resolve within 5 minutes. It really was quite remarkable. He has bus and shuttle schedules memorized. As a former banker, Sama’n is definitely a “problem solver” personality type and is really reliable.
Abdoun is a one of the nicest, affluent areas in Amman. It’s a bit further away from the older parts of the city, “downtown” (Balad area), but if you’re are looking for a comfortable stay for a short period with families and expats and diplomats across the street, this is it.
Note to women traveling alone: Sama’an is a very respectful and tactful host, which is a very important quality in this part of the world. He’s aware of the boundaries and has treated all women (not just me) with utmost respect from what I witnessed.
