✹ ADDITIONAL GUEST COST: The base price is set for 4 guests. There is an extra charge of $10 per additional guest per night. Up to 12 total guests total - including children.

✹ PETS: A maximum of three pets are permitted. The Pet fee is $180 for the first pet, $150 for the second pet, and $120 for the third pet. If you bring 2 or 3 pets, let us know as Airbnb's system only allows us to charge for one pet automatically so we will have to send a request to pay those fees. Please note that pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Additional cleaning fees will be imposed if pets have been allowed on furniture or beds.

☀ Submit guest info 4 days before arrival for community and amenity access or we will have to pay a $50 late fee and charge it back to you, and you may not have an acess to the amenities or dumpster.

☀ No parties—this is a peaceful, nature-focused retreat.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of an owner's locked closet and the garage which is also locked.

Other things to note
The Towamensing Trails private community has a Lake, a beach, and a playground for you to enjoy, only 5 minutes drive from the house! The outdoor pool is only open during summer, from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

All guests must be registered with the community and will be required to submit their license plates to us to get your vehicle's parking passes to use during your stay. The community office will issue vehicle tags and wristbands (8 maximum) for access to all the community amenities, including the lake, beach, pool, arcade room, restaurant, trash site, etc. To guarantee access to the community amenities, guests need to book and submit the required information needed to get registered. This includes: The guest who booked's mailing address, cell phone number, all cars being parked license plate numbers, and state registration. We need this information at least 4 days before the reservation starts. We can try our best to get you registered the day before (except on Sundays, as the office is closed), but we can't guarantee it.

As there is no trash pick-up, the community requires guests to dispose of their trash. This is not in our control. The dumpster station is located a 6-minute drive from the property. Please drop off the trash upon checkout.

Early check-ins and late check-outs are available for a fee.
