Interaction with guests
I travel often and may not always be available to give recommendations or guidance in person but if I am in town I will be happy to help. I will of course be available to contact in case of emergency via phone, email, or text!
The flat is in the much-desired Glockenbachviertel neighborhood. Locals love it for the restaurants, cafes, boutique shops, and nightlife. It's close to the city center but also to the river and all the greenspace along it. A great bakery and a supermarket are around the corner. If you're a running enthusiast there's a great path through the woods along the river right across the street.
There are several nearby biergartens including Paulaner and only a 20 minute walk from Oktoberfest.
Public transport is about 2 minutes away and will get you to Marienplatz in approximately 15 minutes. Otherwise, you can easily bike it in 10 or walk it in 25 minutes. I can potentially lend you one bike, let me know if you're interested. Public transit in Munich is great and will get you anywhere you want to go quickly and easily.
If you are taking trains out into the countryside or trying to get to the airport, hauptbahnhof is only a 10 minute bus ride away from where the S-line will take you further out of the city and to the airport.
The apartment is completely new and had lots of time, money and effort put into it. Please take good care of it and treat it as if it was yours. This is a non-smoking apartment. Please be considerate - no partys or loud music.

Originally from a small town close to Hanover, the last couple of years I moved to USA, Spain, Berlin and now to Munich. I really enjoy listening to music and traveling, and while I love a good night out of food, wine and dancing, I'm easily as satisfied as having a night in with home cooked food and good. I love exploring new cities and cultures and finding unique locations away from touristic hot spots.
