Beautiful double-oriented flat (North - South), very close to the beach of Juan les Pins, at the 4th and last floor of a residence, close to all amenities. Frontview from balcony : the bay of Cannes and the Lerins Islands. (see picture below, no lift in the residence)
Access : 20 minutes from international Nice Airport. 5 minutes from Train Station. Direct acces to Cannes, la Croisette, very close to the "Palais des festivals"

The Client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period.

L'accoglienza è stata molto buona, l'appartamento super accessoriato, qualche pecca nella pulizia e nel nelle dotazioni (lenzuola, cuscini e asciugamani).
La vista non è proprio così idilliaca,L'appartamento si trova al 4 piano senza ascensore, in una zona di traffico e con la ferrovia a 100 metri(treni ogni mezz'ora) di fronte ad un palazzone e sotto ad ua concessionaria auto.
Da precisare che nell'inserzione era indicato il parcheggio incluso!il parcheggio non esiste se non in strada ,ma è impossibile parcheggiare in tutta la zona!
We arrived at 8pm instead of 9pm and the apartment was still in disarray, unclean from prior guests, and beds unmade. The location is 5 minute walk to the beach which is nice but the apartment is loud and stuffy. Juan-les-Pins is very touristy and lacks the charm of Antibes. No air conditioning but the street is very loud if you leave windows open. The several flights of stairs were expected so manageable. It is probably one of the least pleasant stays due to cleanliness and comfort via airbnb I have had yet.
Thanks to Loic for his kindness and hospitality! On the positive side the location is quite central and very close to the beach. The size of the apartment is comfortable enough. It has a nice balcony that can see the sea. On the negative side, the cleaning could be better! For the people who travels heavy loaded , it is on the 4th floor with no elevator. It is also really hard to find a parking place near the apartment.

I really recomend Loic's apartment. It's well located, big and well furnished. Loic is a nice person, he waited for us in the apartment and he always answered our question and calls.
Très bon séjour , appartement très bien place, près de tout ! Rues aux alentours gratuites mais donc pas toujours évident de trouver une place ! Propriétaire chaleureux et très arrangeant !!
Très bon appartement. Situé à seulement 2 minutes à pied des plages, des commerces, restaurants et bars/boîtes, nous n'avions pas besoin de prendre la voiture.
L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé et donne vue sur la mer.
Loïc est chaleureux: il a pu nous accueillir plus tôt, il était disponible pour nous aider, répondre à nos questions et nous donner des conseils. On a pu partir plus tard que l'heure de départ prévue.
Je recommande cet appartement.
