We enjoyed staying at Patrick's house. It was in a nice neighborhood and close to downtown and many of the favorite sightseeing locations in Little Rock. He was very accommodating and we enjoyed visiting with him.
This was truly a Home away from home. Patrick and HOUSE IN THE HEART were both great. This was our first Airbnb experience and will not be our last.
We enjoyed walking around the charming, retro neighborhood. Lots of cool, Craft Style architecture.
We did not have a car and SURPRIZE(!) Patrick drove us to various destinations. We were floored. Better than UBER by a long shot.
Both nights we slept like babies. Patrick gave us full access to everything and showed us how to use his Apple TV. Bottom line, we have a great new place to stay and a fascinating, new friend in Little Rock...
Patrick was a very friendly and gracious host. His home was clean and he made coffee every morning. He also made us a delicious blueberry breakfast one morning!! Overall, it was a nice experience.
Patrick is the best host imaginable. My husband and I stayed for a week and felt very much at home largely because of Patrick's good spirit and gift for sharing his space, a comfortable cottage with interesting art and memorabilia. Nicely located -- close to the capitol and downtown, and in the other direction, near the medical center and university.
Our visit to Little Rock did not go as planned due to an unfortunate incident just before we arrived that left my wife with injuries that severely limited her mobility. Thank goodness we landed at Patrick's house where we could be comfortable while she recovered enough to at least visit the Clinton Presidential Library, the reason Little Rock was on our itinerary.
Patrick's house is close to downtown in a nice neighborhood. We had a large room with the most comfortable bed I have had at an AirBNB accommodation. Patrick was very responsive prior to our visit and very accommodating while we were there. If I find myself back in Little Rock I will be looking to stay with Patrick again.
Patrick was very accommodating, as my arrival time changed unexpectedly. His home is very peaceful and charming, located in a pretty neighborhood near the downtown area of LR. I recommend!

About the Host, Patrick
Retired musician and artist. All my life I've traveled the US, coast to coast several times, Vancouver to Key West, San Diego to Portland ME - several times in the past few years.... everything but the Dakota badlands, Alaska and Hawaii. I prefer driving and I'm not finished traveling.
I've lived in New York City, Frankfurt Germany, Charlottesville VA, San Francisco and returned to where I grew up - Little Rock - in 1971. Had my own graphics business here for almost thirty years, and spent the remainder of my business career working with my wife, Terry, in her very successful commercial appraisal business, until she passed.
I've enjoyed having the occasional Airbnb guest, all of whom have been good people. I like to live and let live. I agree with George Carlin: "Don't sweat the petty things, and don't pet the sweaty things." I don't twit and facing the book does not appeal to me - I use my time in other ways and prefer email and the phone to social internet entanglements.
