Take 5 and enjoy the breathtaking view of the beach, ocean & bay from the balcony of our newly renovated family friendly condo. Only a few steps to the beach. Enjoy our indoor pool, arcade room/lounge, sun terrace, elevator, Wi-Fi and free covered parking for one vehicle in our private lot. Short walking distance to restaurants, shopping, coffee shops and Northside Park just to name a few. On site property management. No pets. No smoking on the property. Must be at least 23 yrs old to rent.

The space
Come enjoy the stunning view of the beach from our third floor condo southern view balcony. Sleeps up to six. There is a queen bed, twin over full bunk bed in the bedroom along with a pull-out queen sleeper sofa in the family room. Two flat screen tv’s. The family room has all the tools for you to work remotely, plus a printer if needed. The dining room is combined with the family room and an open fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar that seats four.

We have a stackable washer/dryer in our condo. Linens, towels and a starter travel pack provided. Paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, liquid dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry soap. Beach and pool towels are not provided.

The building has an elevator, indoor pool that’s open year round on the main floor. The second floor has a tv/lounge/game room open to all. Play a couple friendly games of ping-pong or air hockey. Don’t forget your quarters for the claw machines and the arcade games. On the third floor is the sun terrace with some seating and picnic tables. Perfect for watching the fireworks from Northside Park.

No smoking or vaping allowed in condo, on the balcony or sun terrace. This is a family friendly condo building. Enjoy but please be gracious and genteel. Parties, events and disturbing the neighbors is prohibited. No pets.

Guest access via keyless entry is provided before check-in. Free covered parking for one vehicle in our private lot. Please obtain a parking pass from the front desk. Additional free parking available on the street. Handicap parking and accessible entrance available.

Other things to note
The kitchen is fully stocked with an oven, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, Keurig, hand mixer, utensils, crock pot and cookware.

We have a playpen & some beach chairs available for your use while staying at our condo.

In the pool area and in the backside of the parking lot there is a community bin with misc. items/toys you are welcome to use. We ask that you return them when you are done with them.
