Three Private bedrooms are available to rent out in my private apartment, at a prestigious location in a residential building almost opposite the Five Star - Meridien Hotel and literally down the road to Balluta Bay in St. Julian's.
ALTHOUGH MY OCCUPANCY CALENDER MIGHT SHOW AS FULLY OCCUPIED, THERE COULD STILL BE OTHER BEDROOMS AVAILABLE
One bedroom has two single beds, whilst another is fitted out with a double bed. The third bedroom, a twenty two square meter sized room is fitted out with a double bed and two single beds and has its own bathroom en-suite with lots of wardrobe space for all.
This apartment is close to all major language schools, shops, restaurants, and public transport and is located between the shopping district of Sliema, and the entertainment area of Paceville and St George's sandy beach.
Water sports, scuba diving, gym facilities, heated swimming pool, spa, sauna and related activities are literally at your doorstep, as is the more popular and much sought after waterfront promenade as pictured in our introductory photo.
All individual rooms are let out on a self catering basis. Kitchen use and dining area is shared by all guests. Bed Linen is freshly laundered on a weekly basis. Personal laundry, through a wash and dry service is available at an additional cost.
The rate listed, (Applicable throughout the whole year), is for either of the two bedrooms occupied by two guests each, per night. Single occupancy is accepted at a lower rate of Euros 35 per night, whilst longer staying guests may also benefit from reduced rates.
The daily applicable rate for occupancy during the months of July and August, for the two, three or four guest bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is at Euro 60 per night , for two guests or Euros 25 per person per night. There is also an additional service charge per person if stsy is over a seven day period to cover cleaning services and material purchases. Occupancy during other months, (except for July and August) can also be accepted at a negotiable rate.
Rates are inclusive of all or any other additional charges, except for air-conditioner use, (An electric fan is provided free of charge) and laundry services.
Minimum stay between June and September is for 5 nights, however if space is showing as available between longer stays, your reservation for shorter stays can be accepted. Monthly rates and longer stays are eligible to special offers depending on the season. Extended stays are subject to availability at the time.
Uniquely within the Fusion 4 portfolio, this property is a private residence, and therefore for our other guest's privacy and insurance purposes, we do NOT accept any non paying guests visiting this residence.
Due to our location and popularity, reservations can be accepted well in advance on a first come, first served basis. Pre-acceptance is only valid for 24 Hours. Short term guests are only acceptable through Airbnb, where a photograph and confirmed ID are a pre-requisite to a reservation acceptance. A refundable Euro 250 security deposit against breakages or damages is applicable irrespective of length of stay and paid on arrival per room occupancy. .

Shared amenities apply to the lounge and kitchen areas. A toilet is shared only by guests in the double or single occupancy bedrooms. Off limits are the dining room, private bedroom, and contents in the areas described.
Interaction with Guests
As most times I am living in the apartment, I am on call 24/7.
You are in an excellent location to all amenities as described.
We do have house rules, which can be made available upon confirming a reservation.
Particular attention is to be noted by any smokers.
This is a non smoking apartment. There is therefore a strict NO SMOKING policy applicable in the bedroom. Smoking is restricted only to the three balconies in the apartment. No smoking is also is not permitted in the common areas.
Other Things to Note
Kitchen area must be kept cleaned and tidy for any guest to use it at any time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious and modern apartment. It is situated in the heart of St Julian's just in front to the back side of the Meridien Hotel, and just a stone's throw away from Balluta Bay and at walking distance from many restaurants and pubs.
About Edgar I cannot say enough good things. He made us feel right at home, he gave us a lot of useful information. Being an experienced skipper, he even invited us to a sightseeing tour on a sailing boat... I highly recommend to stay at Edgar's place.
O Edgar é um host fantastico e disponível, tive a chance de ir jantar com ele e beber uns copos e mostrou-se ser uma pessoa 5 estrelas, o lugar é central e bacano, 2 minutos a andar para dar um mergulho :) / Edgar os a Great host always available had the chance to have dinner and a few drinks with him and he os a wonderful person. The place is very Nice and central, 2 min walking to be able to swim :)
Apartment was good, Everything was closed around the apartment and it was in a safe area. Only thing we didn't like was that we had to share the apartment with the owner, If you have no problems with that,, then is this a great place to stay. Thanks Edgar!
Julia, to be honest, I should consider yourself and your friends lucky that you had this 400 euro a day private apartment all to yourselves during your 10 day stay, because I was away except for that one last day. Having said that I made myself absolutely clear before your booking that this was a room sharing apartment. This is also clearly listed in the apartment profile of Fusion 4 - Going Private.
However, I do apologize that I was not there personally to meet you, but this is nothing short of normal when the owner is not available at your time of check in or if being abroad. I did have another Airbnb host (my neighbour downstairs) to check you in as you also know. Thank you for your custom, I look forward to hosting you again soon. Should you prefer a private apartment, my other listings show those as well.
Appartamento pulito, spazioso e ben arredato situato in zona centrale ma lontana dalla confusione dei locali (raggiungibili a piedi in 10 minuti).
Edgar è una persona precisa, attenta che le regole della casa vengano rispettate e molto disponibile; abbiamo avuto bisogno di noleggiare un'auto e di prenotare il trasferimento in aeroporto e lui si è occupato di tutto.
Ultima nota positiva, Edgar parla un ottimo Italiano.
Nous étions 4 nanas pour un stage a malte et nous sommes tombées sur Edgar... C'est un hôte merveilleux ! Toujours aux petits soins, toujours la mosquée l'on a besoin de lui ... Thank you very much Edgar ! C'était vraiment très très gentil, très bon séjour.
Edgar is awesome, he is so available to give any kind of help, I suggest yuo to contact him, because he is a really nice person. I couldn't find better. The flat is 50meters close to the beach, the bedrooms are big enough and confortable, the kitchen and the bathroom are clean.
I hope to return soon in Malta because i really enjoyed this experience.

Edgar is the host that make the difference and make your holidays unique. My friend and I felt at home and like we were sharing an apt with a good friend. We enjoyed every single minutes and the apt. itself it is in a strategic position. Room is very silent although we where exactly on the middle of what you are looking for if you are in Malta. 3 minutes for the beautiful Batulla Bay, is litterally downstairs! a beautiful walk to get to Paceville (St Julian) for a drink or dancing. 3 minute for the bus stop. Comfortable bed; clean sheets and fresh. Bathroom clean and furnished; very modern and nice living room and very modern and nice kitchen. Edgar is a very sweet person and ill to visit him again soon for sure- hopefully very soon Ciao Edgar. Thanks!

Semi-retired, middle sixties, and a successful businessman living on my own. An extremely positive person who loves to please and entertain guests. An ex Airline Representative for forty years, ex Restaurant owner of Fusion 4, voted 'Pick of Valletta' on 'Lonely Planet', and which won numerous awards and accolades. A happy gentleman with loads of friends and contagious personality who will not stop at half measures to please his guests. Very active, adventurous, and a sailing freak. Love the sea passionately, enough to take time out to 'skipper' and 'deliver' sailing or motor yachts to any destination. A real free spirit, enjoying life and sharing whenever possible days or evenings out with my tenants. A guest at my restaurant once wrote about me 'Once in a while, someone amazing comes along ... and I found him here' . I guess that says it all. Here I am.
