Located conveniently close to transit options:
• 25 minute ride to MetLife Stadium, East Rutherford
• 10 minute Uber ride to Path train stops, Journal Square, Exchange Place and Grove St.
• Bus stop in the same block will take you to Journal Square Path.
• 5 mins walk to additional bus routes to all three Path stops.
• Liberty Landing Marina is a 9 mins Uber ride taking you straight to Liberty Landing Ferry(World Financial Center) in NYC within 15 mins.
For parties of 4 or more, Uber/Lyft ride to the Path trains is a good option as it is going to cost similar to the fare ticket of the Light Rail.

PARKING: There is alternate side free street parking in front of the house. In front of the house the street cleaning hours are 7:30am to 9am and opposite side is 9am to 10:30am Monday to Saturday.

• NO PARTIES/LOUD MUSIC ALLOWED.
• NO Backyard use between 10PM to 7AM in consideration of close proximity with neighbor's backyard. If we receive a noise complaint you will be immediately removed from the property with no refunds.
• Check in is 4:00pm. Checkout time is 10am. Late check-out will incur a fee of $75/hr.
We strongly recommend that you opt for Airbnb’s travel insurance while booking to help protect against unexpected trip delays and interruptions.
