  • Really awesome and clean place! Well located in the old town. Everything we needed was in the apt and the host was really nice with us. She showed us around before going in the apt! We had a really nice stay!

  • We had a lovely time in this apartment; we got great advice on how to get to there and it was exactly what we needed for 4 people; 2 big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and plenty of hot water. Plus, we had a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony and a fully functional kitchen, which we used to cook all our meals. The island was a little slow in early spring, so no restaurants, but the little market next door had everything you could ask for, and there was a bakery and coffee shop in town! We really enjoyed getting away from all the busy tourist attractions in Croatia and wandering around the quiet National Park as well!

  • The apartment itself was clean, spacious enough for 2 and in very good location. We enjoyed the tranquility of Polace and lovely sunsets from the terrace. Although I have to say that there is sometimes a sewage smell in the bathroom. Polace itself is a much quieter place than Pomena which is a bit more touristy. It has everything you need at your doorstep, like ATM, wifi, supermarket, bakery etc. Ask the owner for the house number, as it is not shown on airbnb. Our house was no. 2 in Polace.

  • We really enjoyed our time on the island. We rode bikes to the neighbouring villages and natural lakes. This was the highlight of our time of the island. We also walked and kayaked. The food in Polace is genrally dissapointing but we did enjoy our meal at Konoba Ankora. The pancakes were delicious!

Dominis has nice clean apartments on the seafront. Directions could have been clearer. It is infact above "Antonio's" supermarket above house number 9a- we got abit lost so knowing this would have helped.
Overall a good stay! We would recommend.

  • The host met us at the ferry and led us to the room. The view is the best! I could spend hours relaxing on the baloney after our hikes. I recommend this place.

  • Lovely apartment - very clean, good mattresses and pilows, and everything we needed to make our stay comfortable (washing machine, equipped kitchen, airconditioned living room and a terrace we had breakfast on), also a good shower, we didn't have any problems with the hot water between 4 adults and 2 children).
The host Dominium was very friendly and extremely helpful and got back to me within hours every time I asked a question about logistics, and helped with arranging the airport transfer.
The location itself is very convenient with a supermarket close by, and a small park that my 2 year old visited every morning after breakfast. Also, we liked that it wasn't in the middle of Old Town, so the evenings were quieter, and more children friendly than being in the middle of the busy town.
It was a 7.5 min walk to Old Town - you can either go on the main road which has no steps, and you can easily push a baby buggy down, or go through the various little paths down the hill - those had a lot of steps, and coming home in the middle of the mid day heat was a bit of a workout.
The apartment is on the ground floor, so we didn't have to lug our bags and baby gear up too many flights of stairs to get home...
Overall, would definitely recommend this apartment, for anyone visiting Dubrovnik, and also recommend it for families with young children (we brought a 2 year old and a 3 month baby).

  • The apartment is awesome.
Is located in front of the sea. Quiet and clean.
Polace is near to all the places you will want to be in Mljet. In the town you will find groceries, restaurants, rent a car, a bike and more/ It is located like 20 minutes walk to the big lake.

In the apartment you could feel the tranquility of living in front of the sea in an incredible island.
