Sleeping 12, our 5200 square foot cottage on the west end of Burt Lake has many desirable amenities to allow your party to feel as if they are on their own private retreat.

We welcome you to enjoy the private pickleball court, high end kitchen, hot tub, extra long dock with 277 foot of beach frontage, all on 3.77 acres!

From nostalgic pine walls and modern decor, we hope our West Burt Lake cottage will provide the perfect escape for you and your crew.

SUMMER CALENDAR OPENS AROUND MAY

The space
This 5200 square foot cottage has nostalgic pine walls in many areas of the house, modern decor, updated appliances, and endless, desirable, amenities.

The location which is just 3 minutes from Maple Bay's boat launch.

Guest access
Guests can utilize the entire cottage and all 3.77 acres, except for the locked attached and detached garages.

The dock, pickleball court, gazebo, treefort, yard, patios, and house are all for guests use.

Please note that the hot tub will be closed down for the colder months. You should expect the hot tub to be closed each season between the beginning of October and prior to Memorial Day.

Other things to note
This is important for you to read, the hot tub is closed down during the cold season. rentals in the colder months to keep it going and make it worth keeping it open.

PLEASE NOTE: The owner of this fabulous location does not wish for the summer calendar to be open until around May/June when he gets his children's schedules.

I apologize for this inconvenience. I get frequent messages asking about the location summer calendar, and I don't blame you, this spot is definitely one of my favorites 🙂 however, calendars will not open for summer season until May/June

Security Cameras (Fully Disclosed)
For property security, the home has the following cameras:
• Kitchen window: Camera is mounted inside the home and faces outside only. It does not record interior living spaces.
• Main entry door: Camera is mounted near the entry and faces outside only toward the exterior entry area. It does not record interior living spaces.
• Living room (thermostat area): Camera is positioned toward the thermostat for monitoring system performance. Guests may unplug this camera during their stay if desired, but please do not move or reposition it so our cleaning team can reconnect it after departure.

There are no cameras recording private interior living spaces such as bedrooms or bathrooms.
