Live like a local when you head to Marco Island, Florida for a tropical getaway in our West Flamingo vacation rental home. This little slice of paradise is located within walking distance of Marco Island’s pristine, white sand beaches, gourmet dining and charming shoppes.

Your island lifestyle starts the moment you enter West Flamingo. Pause for a moment in the reading parlor, which doubles as a private study. Next, let the ocean blues and beachy hues of the home’s coastal modern décor sweep you off your feet and out to sea as the floor plan opens to an inviting great room with a stately double recessed ceiling and modern fan.

This vacation rental concept capitalizes on large sliding glass doors in both the dining and living room areas. The dazzling effect brings the outdoors inside – and pull your party toward the veranda, where balmy breezes keep swimmers feeling cool and refreshed. Nearby, two chaise sun lounges overlook the heated outdoor pool with its sun shelf, hot tub and trickling water feature.

The covered veranda is ringed by native Floridian hedges, poinciana and palm trees. This also adds privacy for guests who decide to dine at the patio’s peaceful breakfast nook for six. Conveniently located near the gas barbecue grill, a second conversation set for two overlooks the swimming pool. Its chic wooden dining table and woven wicker chairs are reminiscent of beach driftwood and Florida sea oats, anchored by blue coral artwork and modern lighting fixtures. Featuring top-in-class appliances and white stone countertops, this kitchen is ready to create a family feast – or meal prep for long days at Marco Island’s famed beaches!
