Welcome to my beautiful apartment steps away from Trinity College, the Institute of Living and Hartford Hospital. The apartment is newly renovated and fully furnished with brand new furniture. There is a front and back yard, with a wrap around porch, perfect for barbecues and entertaining. Feel free to use the space for a gathering of friends, a party or a celebration (groups under 24yrs old will be charged more). There is also two private terraces in the apartment.
There is parking in the backyard for up to 10 cars. The house is safe and has a ADT security system with cameras.
There are restaurants, grocery stores and shops near by, as well as public transportation. I hope you decide to stay here, please contact me if you have any questions.
Guest will have access to the front wrap-around porch and second floor back balcony both are furnished with a wicker patio set. Coin operated laundry machines are located in the basement. Up to four parking spaces can be reserved for guests. Guests are free to enjoy the backyard however they see fit as in a picnic, tossing around a ball of any kind, or just to hang out in general. The kitchen is furnished with a toaster oven, microwave, and coffee pot. If you require anything, or would like to request any sort of accommodations please feel free to ask. That is how we got a microwave in the unit. I love to always add improvements and make the place more inviting :).

Aa a host I like to be the host my guests need. As a guest I like to be very low impact and I am mindful to leave the house cleaner than I found it.
