Our newly renovated waterfront home has a large heated in-ground pool and a deepwater dock for a boat or jet skis. Perfect for multiple families and kids.

The home's interior is detailed with a sophisticated and playful décor. The large great room features a modern kitchen and living room ablaze with natural light and abundant amenities for your family to enjoy.

Our home is convenient by car or bike to Cape Coral's restaurants, nightlife, Yacht Club Public Beach, and the Boathouse Tiki Bar.

The space
Be one of the first to stay in this beautifully appointed Cape Coral canal-side home, which features a large in-ground pool and a boat dock with access to the Gulf of Mexico.

Our home has been renovated & remodeled from top to bottom (April 2024) Both kids and adults will love the large in-ground pool setup, which has lots of floats and pool games for you to enjoy.

This is a great property for family getaways, multiple families, or groups of friends gathering for a fishing trip or a fun Florida getaway.

The neighborhood is safe, great for walking or biking, and close to many great restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Our location is also perfect for exploring Southwest Florida, including the beaches of Sanibel and Captiva islands.

If you own a boat, ask us about using our dock, which is located on the property and connects to the Gulf of Mexico via Cape Coral's canal system.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property, including the inground pool and boat dock. Rent a boat locally or bring your own.

Other things to note
The large great room opens up to a private patio with a large inground pool and walkway to the canal and dock, which provides access to the Gulf of Mexico via the Caloosahatchee River.

The pool includes a variety of pool toys and floats, and the patio includes lounge chairs, a high-top table, and a new gas BBQ grill.

The home has a playful animal design theme, with tigers, turtles, alligators, and flamingos incorporated throughout. A mascot giraffe sculpture is in the backyard.

The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood with a wide variety of great restaurants, bars, and attractions nearby. It is minutes from The Boathouse Tiki Bar and adjoining public beach, a popular spot for watching the sunset.

Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV.

Four bikes and two sea kyacks are available for guest use.
