  • Great flat and great location. Danielle & David are great hosts, always happy to help. We really enjoyed our stay there and will not hesitate to come back.

  • Dani is an extraordinarily responsive and gracious host with a lovely Nolita apartment. I contacted her in the morning and she responded almost instantly. We quickly worked through the details and I was checking into her lovely space just a few hours later. The location is superb--right next to the old cathedral and in the heart of shops, bars, restaurants, bodegas... yet leafy and quiet. The flat is tastefully decorated and well-appointed. It was scrupulously clean, despite the late booking... Though there was an issue with a broken router (no wifi), Dani had alerted me about this in advance and did her best to rectify it and offer other connectivity suggestions. Bottom line, she is a lovely person and this place is highly recommended! Thanks Dani!!

  • I had a great stay with Danielle and David. The contact was fast and easy, and everything was arranged just to fit my schedule, which I'm extremely thankful for! Their place is perfect for two people, you have everything you would need for your stay, and most importantly, it's in one of the best areas of the city.

  • Nice apartment in a great location. Danielle was very communicative and easy to deal with. The one hiccup was that the towels had a funny smell to them. No big deal though as we had them washed and went about our day. All in all, definitely recommend the apartment and the location.

  • Of the many AirBnB experiences that I've had, Danielle and David have been the best. The Nolita apartment and location were unbelievably convenient. The apartment is beautiful. The location and hosts are so wonderful that I wish I could keep the listing all to myself.
Take my advice, if you're lucky enough to have the opportunity to stay here, book it immediately!

  • This is the perfect apartment for a long week-end in New York, it was just what we needed and it is very well located. The street is nice and Nolita is a great neighbourhood, with nice cafés and restaurants. We especially liked the Epistrophy Cafe a little south on the street, which was really nice, great food, great atmosphere and a little jazz band on Sundays. I didn't meet our host, Danielle, but the communication was easy.
