Located in the peaceful Burton place complex in the heart of auburn, offering both proximity and tranquility. Managed by Magnolia Linen Company, an experienced company with over 50+ units in auburn. We are here to assist you in making your trip enjoyable and hassle-free!

The space
The apartment comes fully equipped with a king bed, linens, towels, and household essentials. Additionally, a starter pack of toiletries like toilet paper, paper towels, and soaps will be provided. Feel free to bring your own or additional supplies if you have specific preferences or plan to stay for an extended period. The apartment features new linens, updated furniture, and a communal pool. There is one Parking spot that comes with the unit that is just three steps from the front door.
*There is no washer, dryer, oven or stove available in this unit*

Pets are welcome with an $80 charge per pet, per reservation, and any pet other than a dog must be approved by the host beforehand.

This is a full unit that is for rent. You will have access to the entire space. The loft style apartment has its own entrance that is accessible from the street, no stairs or lobby to walk through. there's parking directly outside the unit for easy loading and unloading.

Other things to note
Please note that this unit is equipped with a King Bed, Sofa, Small Dinning set, and TV. The Kitchenette includes a full sized refrigerator, microwave, kuerig, toaster and ice maker. We ask that the only thing to go inside the ice maker is the scoop.

This unit also has a pool that you can access with a key. There is only one pool key that can be found by the front door. Please note that if this key is lost or not returned upon departure there will be a $50 replacement fee.
