Casa Blandina is one of 3 homes located in the lush gardens of Casa Vieja Villa. The private sanctuary is just minutes from the stunning white sand beach of Los Barriles. The casa sleeps 8, 2 king beds, 2 queen sofa beds & 2 bathrooms. The kitchen and second living room are located in a separate building, steps away from the main house. Relax in our comfy loungers and cool off in the spacious pool and hot tub. Central to shops, restaurants, pickle ball , sports fishing, kiteboarding

The space
Casa Blandina is located with in Casa Vieja and is one of 3 homes on the property. It is one of the first 4 properties built in Los Barriles over 100 years ago. There are two main buildings that have both just undergone full renovations.

Blandinas sleeping building has two bedrooms with king beds and full en suite bathrooms. One of these bedrooms has a sofa bed also. There is also a large living room with comfortable hand crafted Mexican furniture, and TV.

Blandinas Palapa style kitchen and dinning room is just steps away from the sleeping building. This also has been fully restored with a stunning large open plan kitchen layout. Perfect for entertaining. There is also living room in this building with a queen sofa bed

You get to share all the wonderful grounds, pool, hot tub and many shaded seating and dinning areas with Casa Palma and Casa Mango.

The whole complex is walled and gated and completely private for the 3 homes. We have ample parking in front of Casa Vieja and also more parking entering the back of the property which is good for 2 small cars or quads.

Guest access
We have many wonderful shaded seating areas located through out the property for you to relax and enjoy. There is also a large pool and hot tub with washrooms and shower.

Other things to note
Casa Blandina is one of three homes on the property of Casa Vieja Villa. The property is an acre of lush gardens creating privacy from the other homes. There are plenty of wonderful spaces for rest and relax.

The access to the beach is at the back of the property and is just a two minute walk. We do provide beach chairs and umbrellas.
