This bright two-bedroom flat is located in Soho in the beating heart of London's thriving theatre-, shopping and restaurant-district.
Major museums, art galleries, parks, Buckingham Palace, the South Bank, dozens of theatres, cinemas, and all the shopping attractions of Bond Street, Oxford Street and Covent Garden are within fifteen easy walking minutes of the front door.
The rest of London is easily accessible through three near-by tube stops (Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square and Tottenham Court Road) and numerous buses.
The flat is on the third floor of a historic (circa 1700') Queen Anne house in Soho. It is newly refurbished to a high standard and has original early 18th century panelling in all the rooms.
Free wifi is available via the flat's dedicated broadband service. Internet may also be accessed via a new smart TV.
The spacious living room contains a large sleep sofa, a 32'' flat screen TV, and a dining area with chairs and table.
The large kitchen has brand new units and appliances including washer-dryer, washing up machine, double-height fridge freezer, electric oven and gas hob.
The two bedrooms are airy and bright and each contains a double bed (one is slightly smaller than a standard double bed).
The bathroom containing a bath and WC is very compact. There is a separate brand-new and beautifully finished shower concealed behind the panelling in one of the bedrooms.
The flat is furnished with a mixture of antique and brand new modern furniture and has beautiful polished original wooden floors with oriental and modern rugs.
Soho is a super- lively area in the evening but Romilly Street is relatively quiet as is the flat.
Staying here, visitors can enjoy luxurious accommodation while experiencing the "village" that is the very centre of this great city.

Great apartment and centrally located. William was a great and very helpful host! The apartment was super clean and spacious!
We enjoyed our stay in William´s flat. Can't be more central but still quiet, this 3 century old building was very clean and charming.
Very nice flat in a very strategic area of London.
It won't let you down !
Very clean and fully equipped...
Flora and William are so kind and lovely.
If i had to be back in London i 'd not miss it.
On a adoré!
Great locxation, good communication with host, comfortable and flexible accomodation for adult family of four, definitelt recommended and would seek to book again.
William, Jane and Flora were fantastic hosts - very helpful and accommodating - and my friends and I couldn't have had a happier night in their flat. The flat is beautiful, warm and cosy - very comfortable beds, delicious bagels, right in the heart of Soho but not noisy at all. Highly recommended. Thanks so much for everything!
Choosing a place to stay in London was a little daunting but this location in Soho surpassed all our expectations. A short walk from Piccadilly Circus and the Underground and an even shorter walk to local theatres (including Les Miserables) and Covent Garden made this holiday highly memorable...everything was at our doorstep! The flat is on the third floor of a walk up but is well worth the climb. The two bedrooms, separate kitchen and lounge as well as an attic bathroom provided a good space for our family of four. And the hosts were incredibly helpful and communicative. A great stay all way round!
This fabulous flat is in a perfect location! Theatres, bars, restaurants and shops are right on your doorstep.
It was very clean, warm and comfortable during our cold January stay..
As mentioned in previous reviews, yes, there are lots of stairs, it is noisy and the bathroom/toilet is very small and there are more stairs to get there.
If you are not concerned by these minor issues you will be rewarded with a very memorable holiday accommodation.. The kitchen was modern and spotless.
William and Flora were very friendly, accommodating and the bagels with jam they provided were delicious for breakfast.
We tried a few of their restaurant recommendations and were very pleased. We just wished we lived closer so we could enjoy this flat more often.
The apartment was perfect, great location for shopping & visiting the major sites. The flat itself was presented in a very good state & clean throughout. William has been wonderful, providing us with recommendations on the surrounding areas e.g. restaurants, cafeterias etc and has been very helpful at all times. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Fully recommended *****
