This beautiful 2-bed flat in a historic early 18th century house is comfortable and bright with a new kitchen and 300-year old wood panelling and original floors.
This bright two-bedroom flat is located in Soho in the beating heart of London's thriving theatre-, shopping and restaurant-district.
Major museums, art galleries, parks, Buckingham Palace, the South Bank, dozens of theatres, cinemas, and all the shopping attractions of Bond Street, Oxford Street and Covent Garden are within fifteen easy walking minutes of the front door.
The rest of London is easily accessible through three near-by tube stops (Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square and Tottenham Court Road) and numerous buses.
The flat is on the third floor of a historic (circa 1700') Queen Anne house in Soho. It is newly refurbished to a high standard and has original early 18th century panelling in all the rooms.
Free wifi is available via the flat's dedicated broadband service. Internet may also be accessed via a new smart TV.
The spacious living room contains a large sleep sofa, a 32'' flat screen TV, and a dining area with chairs and table.
The large kitchen has brand new units and appliances including washer-dryer, washing up machine, double-height fridge freezer, electric oven and gas hob.
The two bedrooms are airy and bright and each contains a double bed (one is slightly smaller than a standard double bed).
The bathroom containing a bath and WC is very compact. There is a separate brand-new and beautifully finished shower concealed behind the panelling in one of the bedrooms.
The flat is furnished with a mixture of antique and brand new modern furniture and has beautiful polished original wooden floors with oriental and modern rugs.
Soho is a super- lively area in the evening but Romilly Street is relatively quiet as is the flat.
Staying here, visitors can enjoy luxurious accommodation while experiencing the "village" that is the very centre of this great city.

We had a very nice time in the flat with our family (2 adults and 2 children). It is very central. Typical english flat. Everything you need is there. They were very, very nice to us. We were allowed to store our luggage at the beginning and at the end, because we came early and left late. There is enough place for 6 people to sleep. Of course it is loud in the evening and the night, because it is in the middle of Soho. When we visit London next time we would try to get the flat again.
Three of us stayed in the flat and had a wonderful time. The place is spacious and well-equipped with amenities. It is in the center of Soho and a 3-5 minute walk to a couple of underground stations. We'd stay again. Thanks Flora and Bill for your hospitality.
What a great great stay in the heart of soho. Everything you need and more.. Bagels, Milk, fresh coffee, comfy beds and sofa.. Highly recommended!
William and Flora were really friendly and helpful - great hosts! We were attending a family wedding and this location was perfect for our requirements. We have a baby girl and we were kindly provided with a travel cot, which really helped us out. Little touches like the flowers, bagels and coffee etc made us feel at home. Thanks so much!
The flat was lovely and the location was fabulous. The hosts were very helpful and kind. They provided information about the restaurants and services provided locally which was useful. The kitchen was beautiful. It was nice to come back from a long day exploring to our own little private place. It does get loud at night in that area of Soho but I always sleep with ear plugs so it didn't bother me a bit!
Really great place, 300 years old but renovated to a high standard so lots of character combined with great comfort. The location is absolutely great, lots of great restaurants, theatres etc. and close to several tube stations so easy to get anywhere in London quickly. William and Flora were very friendly and helpful.
The apartment is very nice and has great location. I recommend it to everyone and I plan to return as soon as possible. William is an excellent host and Flora is extremely lovable. Thank you, William and Flora by the great stay we had there.
This is a great little place with bags of character in a superb location! Flora and William couldn't be more helpful and the flat was fully stocked with everything we needed including some basic larder items. We stayed at weekend so because it's in the heart of covent garden you expect noise, so remember your ear plugs!
Great apartment and centrally located. William was a great and very helpful host! The apartment was super clean and spacious!
We enjoyed our stay in William´s flat. Can't be more central but still quiet, this 3 century old building was very clean and charming.
