Welcome to your new oasis! A bright and luxurious lower-level space, located in the quiet neighbourhood of East York.

Take a short 12 min drive or 20 min bike/transit into the Toronto city core, hop on the DVP highway in 5 mins to explore other parts of the city, or stay local and enjoy Greektown on the Danforth, picturesque Riverdale or trendy Leslieville.

The space
Newly renovated, bright, lower-level with a family room (includes queen pull-out sofa), laundry room, full bathroom and two bedrooms with closets. Separate entrance through the backyard.

Hardwood floors, heated bathroom floor, extra large bathtub, soundproofed, built-in storage, light dimming throughout, and full length mirrors in bedrooms.

Guest access
Walk down the shared driveway (you cannot park here, as we share this with our next-door neighbour) and through the fence gate. You will see the door into your unit from the backyard. The lockbox is located on the fence to the left.
