Si tratta di un edificio storico sulla piazza di ustica,ed al primo piano di questo edificio ci sono tre appartamentini indipendenti con cucina più diva no letto due posti,bagno con doccia,camera da letto,televisione,e aria condizionata e lavatrice.l'acqua calda è ricavata da pannelli solari.la casa si trova in pieno centro ,quindi accanto a tutti i servizi:banca,posta,chiesa,negozi,fermata bus,noleggi motorini,attrezzature per diving,e barche e bici elettriche.Info.per escursioni in barca a vela,canoe,è giri dell'isola con barche di pescatori.Ustica è la prima riserva marina italiana.il mare più bello del mediterraneo..il prezzo si riferisce a due persone e per notte.la canoa è gratis per gli ospiti
