The kitchenette has cooking basics, including an induction burner, air fryer/toaster oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, beverage fridge, dishware/flatware, slow cooker, and outdoor gas BBQ Grill with side burner. Note: No stove/Oven.
Coffee klatsch with Keurig K-Duo (with pod and drip), a tea kettle, and a French Press provided.
Complimentary light snacks & drinks are provided to kick-start your stay.
Bathrooms are furnished with bath and body products to elevate your bathing experience and include hair dryers and luxury towels.

Your check-in instructions, house rules, and property addresses will be sent 72 and 4 hours before arrival.
You will utilize a keyless self-check-in with a smart-lock keypad.
Your code is included with check-in instructions.
You and your guest will have the entire home to yourselves. Please, make yourself at home.
Other things to note
General:
* The house offers a kitchenette, not a full kitchen. There is no oven/full stove but there is a full-sized refrigerator. Please enjoy the numerous restaurants in town!
* There is a seasonal gas fireplace. The good news is that no firewood is needed. The bad news is that guests keep turning off the pilot light. This is a safety feature and requires calling out the gas company to reset. Please Do Not Turn Off The Gas Fireplace Pilot Light. Shutting off the pilot light will result in a $150.00 service fee charge.
* No smoking or vaping on the property (inside or outside)
* No glitter
* No events, parties, or large gatherings
* Maximum guests: 8 adults
* Must be at least 25 years old to book
* Quiet Hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance.
* If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $500 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $1000 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called, there will be a $1500 fine, even if no citation is issued. Being a good neighbor is important.
Pets:
* Pet fee applies $125 with a maximum of two pets allowed
* Prior approval is required for an additional pet, subject to an additional $25 fee.
* Only dogs under 30 lbs.
* Pet blankets and towels are provided to ensure the furniture is clean for the next guest.
* Pets should be kenneled if left alone.
* There is no fence. Please keep your pet on a leash.
Safety and Security:
* This property features exterior security cameras facing the front and rear entrances, parking area, and the west side yard. They do not look into any interior spaces.
* The home is cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards following CDC protocol between each stay.
* The property is not childproofed, making it unsuitable for children under 12.
*It is common in the Hill Country to encounter wildlife such as deer, raccoons, squirrels, possums, birds, snakes, etc. We ask that you always be aware of your surroundings and supervise children and pets at all times while outside.
* We utilize scheduled pest control services, but are not able to guarantee that any bugs or pests will not be seen during your stay. Please let us know if you encounter any ants, scorpions, spiders, cockroaches, mice, or snakes so we can arrange for additional services
