Great place, exactly as described. Fantastic view of the strip! The suite is up on the 25th floor so the views are fantastic.
I am writing this review to give fair warning on this particular property. I would like to start off by saying that this property is exactly as described/looks in the listing. It was very clean and felt very upscale. And now onto the rest of my review: This property is run by a company, not a person. I don't know who this "Peter" person is that so many other reviewers mentioned. I also don't understand the "quick check in/hassle free check in" mentioned by so many reviewers. It's kind of a weird thing to mention and, along with the abundant mentioning of this Peter person, made me wonder if some of the reviews are fake. That being said, maybe Peter use to work for the company but no longer does. I think it does have to be mentioned that when we arrived at the MGM Signature the front desk informed us that they needed to hold $100 PER NIGHT for incidentals. Just to be clear, they are not holding your credit card info in case something happens to the room. They are actually holding the money and give it back at the end of the stay. So, you need to ensure that you have available funds to cover this on your credit card or debit card. Thank goodness I wasn't staying for several nights. I thought that this charge was super shady. I have stayed at plenty of hotels were they hold your info should you trash the room; but not the actual money. There was no mention of this on the listing in airbnb. Now, MGM Signature is the one charging this but Las Vegas Suites should be responsible for mentioning this. I hate hidden costs! Granted, the money was given back but I was going to Vegas on a budget and had only a limited amount of money to draw from while I was there. Note: I don't gamble, I was just there to take in some sights at the end of a road trip. My last issue: I found it very aggravating dealing with the company who runs this property. I had a question which I emailed via the airbnb listing and it was 24 hrs before it was answered. That, in and of itself, is not a huge deal. But, coupled with my next issue, is aggravating. My mom and I arrived at the condo/room around 7pm. I called downstairs to ask for one extra sheet since I was sleeping on the pullout couch and my mom was taking the bed (please note: there were two sheets, two pillows, and a blanket in the closet). The front desk advised that since the room is privately owned that I had to contact the owner and they provided me with several numbers. I called one (Las Vegas Suites) and received an answering service and left a message. I called the second (housekeeping for Las Vegas Suits) and received voicemail and left a message. I never received a call...
We had a great time whilst in Vegas as we were there for a conference. We've stayed at the MGM before but not stayed at the Signature until this year. Was fab. Was great that we had a kitchen area which didn't have in MGM. Will definitely stay here again.
Great location! Smooth transaction from beginning to end. They were actually very responsive to our questions and concerns, addressing emails within less than 24 hours. The unit was pretty clean, aside from the carpet looking a little dirty, but I suppose it comes with the emerald and tear. The units sliding balcony door's lock wasn't working, but a call to the front desk and it was taken care of w/in 20 minutes. Overall, we would definitely stay again. Oh, the view from our unit was fantastic...31st floor strip view...excellent!
The apartment was in the perfect location for us and we were very happy with our stay. Any time we contacted the host we had an immediate reply. All hotel facilities were exactly as explained. A perfect stay. Would definitely recommend this place for your trip.
