Interaction with guests
Ken and/or I will be available at check-in to get you oriented to the suite, give you a key and information about our neighborhood and Nashville. We're always happy to interact with our guests but also want to respect your privacy.
Our home is on a quiet street in the vibrant, bustling neighborhood of 12S. We are minutes away from Vanderbilt, Belmont and Lipscomb universities and Music Row. We are three miles from downtown and all the tourist attractions and music it has to offer. Come stroll the tree lined streets, hang out in Sevier Park, browse the boutiques and eat and drink in a variety of restaurants, bars and coffee shops.
We live a half block from the bus stop. The #17 bus will take you downtown without the need for a transfer and once there, you can hop on and off a free circulator bus that will take you to all the tourist sites.
Check-in is after 2pm and check-out is by 11am. If possible, and with advance notice, the times can be adjusted. There is no smoking in the house or on the front porch, but there is a small landing at the top of the outside staircase where smoking is permitted. We, or our representative, will meet you at the time of check-in to give you your key. Please place all dirty dishes in the provided plastic container. We'll collect this daily and return the dishes to you clean.
My husband and I love traveling and meeting new people. We started out as backpackers, moved on to car camping in our VW van and finally became Airbnb guests. Now we want to be hosts so that we can continue these experiences. Ken is the outgoing, super helpful member of our team of two. I'm the behind the scenes, get-it-done one (years of being a nurse). We hope to welcome you to our home soon. Cally & Ken
