Extra spacious

Guests love this home’s spaciousness for a comfortable stay.
Le Bon Vivant Fieldhouse offers an elevated living experience, blending leisure, wellness, and sophisticated design. Unwind in the outdoor sauna with panoramic views, enjoy a private hot yoga / hot pilates studio, and indulge in cozy movie nights or ping pong competitions. Close to PEC's culinary and natural attractions, LBV promises unforgettable moments in comfort and style.

The space
LBV is much more than a landing hub, it stands as a destination unto itself. The property owners and visionaries behind the LBV experience committed over 2 years of TLC and thoughtful consideration into its rebuild. The result: A peaceful design-forward destination focused on leisure wellness, rooted in a commitment to eco-friendly features.

Guests can indulge in the following amenities during their stay:

Hot / cold therapy — Immerse yourself in the serenity of the outdoor sauna, boasting field views of the idyllic Prince Edward County landscape. After a rejuvenating sweat session, invigorate your senses with an ice cold plunge in the Japanese soaker tub, located in the homes’ lower level bathroom. Additional hot therapy: enjoy heated floors under those toes throughout the majority of the home.

Personal hot yoga / hot pilates studio — Enjoy exclusive access to your very own infrared-heated yoga studio, available at your convenience, any time of day. Feel like an energizing early morning hot pilates or late night hot yoga session? Your way, your schedule.

Back property fun — As our guest you'll have 4 acres of land to roam and enjoy to yourself! The property includes an ever changing field of grasses and greenery as well as a private petanque court nestled within a charming garden (don't worry if you're new to this game: instructions and equipment provided!) and a playground with a beautiful view from the swings. Post sun down — gather around the fire pit for some s'mores and bevvies.

Cozy nights in — Create unforgettable memories within the comforts of LBV, whether it’s sharing a bottle of fine local PEC wine while cooking a gourmet meal or venturing to the lower level and indulging in post-dinner cocktail crafting. While you’re down there challenge your friends/family to lively ping pong matches or throw on a fire and enjoy a cinematic experience on the expansive 120” projector screen. Whichever path you chose for your cozy nights in, they are sure to be evenings of relaxation and grade A entertainment.

Secluded office space — Tackle those work to-do's while enjoying everything LBV with the private office space. Featuring high speed Starlink internet and a beautiful stand up desk, log those productive hours in the sunlit office and then hit the sauna for the best kind of post-work happy hour!

Like you, LBV's founders are big dog people and would love to have you include your pet in your stay! A luxury orthopedic dog bed, dog bowls and food scoop, and 4 acres of private property to roam and run are all included in your stay. When booking, please ensure to add your pet so that we can have all of the above ready and waiting for you upon arrival. There is a $100 pet fee per stay.

The LBV experience is all about making you feel at home while giving you a taste of something special. We hope you feel treated, relaxed, and enjoy an elevated way of living.

Neighborhood highlights

PEC has evolved so much over the last few years, truly becoming a destination for wine, food, and nature lovers alike. A few things about this neighbourhood below, but don't worry — as part of booking a stay with us, you'll get complimentary access to a curated map of our PEC favourites! For now, a few things to know:

Summer favourites — Hit the beach at Sandbanks — You'll get a complimentary parking permit, comfy beach chairs, and a YETI cooler for a seamless day at the beach.

Winter favourites — Bundle up for a quick stroll to PECish Baking for some divine morning pastries (less than a 1KM stroll). Hit the ice rink at Parsons Brewing. Double down on Wing nights at Jackson's Fall Inn.

Fall/Spring favourites — Hit The Old Third for French-style cider (the French co-owner migrated from his French vineyard to the County) or go for a bike ride on the Millennium Trail.

All seasons — LBV is located right across from the Mill Pond for a 6 km stroll that's equally beautiful ANY time of the year. It's also SUPER close to BASE 31, PEC's military base-turned-event venue that is host to concerts (The Arkells, bluegrass bands, cabarets, etc) and a WW2 Air Force Base Camp Escape Room. And of course, the obvious: PEC is literally FULL of wineries, cideries, and restaurants from chefs who have traded in the city life for County life.
