Bright and spacious recently refurbished modern two bedroom apartment in the heart of St. Julian's. Layout consists of an entrance hall, open plan kitchen/dining/living with good sized balcony overlooking valley on fourth floor. Bathroom. Main bedroom with ensuite shower only. Second bedroom with double bed. Sofa in sitting room converts into a good sized double bed. Folding bed and baby cot available upon request. Sleeps 4/5 adults or 4 adults + 3 children. Apartment is furnished with brand new furniture, fully equipped kitchen and fully airconditioned. Digital LED TV, Internet and Telephone. Bedlinen and towels provided. Served with lift and use of roof.
Apartment is in the heart of St. Julian's. Just 2 minutes walk from promenade and 5 minutes walk from Paceville yet located in a very quiet area. Supermarket, Language Schools, Shopping Mall, Cinemas, Bowling Centre, Bars, Restaurants, Lidos, Diving Schools, Gyms, St. George's Bay all within walking distance. Locations is also very close to The Hilton Malta where one finds an array of restaurants, Casino, Yacht Marina, health club etc.
Public transport to Valletta on promenade where one can also catch the bus to Sliema and ride ferry for Valletta Harbour Cruise, 3 Islands Cruise to Comino and/or Gozo.
Transport to and from airport can also be provided.
Maid service upon request.
Interaction with Guests
All e-mails and messages received by guests will be answered on same day.
During their stay guests can keep their mind at rest as we are available 24 hours a day in case of emergencies.
Shops, restaurants, cinemas, bowling centre, beaches, supermarket, church are all within walking distance from the apartment.
Public transport is just 3 minutes away from the apartment. There are also various taxi services available in the area.

Positive: Romina met us and walked us through the apartment. The apartment is centrally located, yet in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance from the center. Air condition in all rooms were greatly appreciated, as the temperature got pretty high. The apartment has a high standard and modern furniture, and was clean.
Negative: There were not a lot of toilet paper, no detergent for the washing machine and just one bag for trash. When we asked Romina where we could locate more of these basic necessities, we were asked to go the store and buy it ourselves.
Romina was waiting for us as we arrived to her apartment, she was very welcoming and quickly explained how everything worked precisely. The apartment is very nicely decorated and well kept, the pictures are very accurate as to the current state of the place. Well located and surroundings are quiet.
Very nice and well finished apartment, great location only fifteen minutes walking from Sliema or Paceville. Five minute walk from Scott supermarket. Very well connected with main freeway. Easy to park.
I have only one complain: the bed. Sorry to say the bed is terrible, every morning I was waking up and feeling like being crushed under a road-roller.
Perfect location close to restaurants and nightlife but in a quiet street. Very clean, new and confortable apartment. Romina's husband was really nice and disposable! I would come back for sure!
Nothing else to say than perfect, simply perfect. Couldn't have wished for anymore. The apartment had all the amenities it was very clean and I'm a very central location. The host were very lovely and accommodating
Romina è stata molto accogliente, disponibile e gentile. La casa era esattamente come nelle foto e nelle descrizione. Molto fornita e pulita. Eravamo in quattro e arrivavamo in due gruppi con aerei diversi e Romina è stata così gentile da venire a prendere le prime due persone all'aeroporto e prenotare un taxi per le altre due. La zona era perfetta, tranquilla ma vicinissima al centro della vita di St Julians (a pochi minuti a piedi). Lo consiglio al 100%. Grazie Romina!
