Interaction with Guests
Only by email during arrangements - The key will be left in a keysafe to be picked up by the guests (You will have the place to yourself)
The lovely Brunswick area is right next to the sea and the promenade lawns. It is only 10 mins from central Brighton and the locality has an excellent selection of bars, restaurants and specialist shops including the fabulous French Cave de Fromage, the Real Patisserie and Gigi general store. Both Tescos and Sainsburys local stores are at the top of the road and a large Waitrose is less than 10 mins walk.
LOCAL INFO: I also have a good range of local information at the apartment including takeout menus, local attractions, transport options and ordinance survey maps of the local countryside for walkers.
BUS & TRAIN: There's regular bus services from the top of the road to destinations throughout the city and beyond. The number 6 bus goes every 10 minutes (at peak times) to and from Brighton Train Station.
PARKING: For car owners there is free street parking only at night (8pm to 9am) in this area. There is meter parking on the seafront for £10 a day; £2 for 1 hour; £4 for 2 hours; £6 for 3 hours. Or I can provide (a limited number of) day parking vouchers for £5 a day (ask when booking). There is also a free parking area about 1 mile from the apartment and there is a map in the apartment manual that shows this free parking area.
Other Things to Note
PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is my home, but I travel abroad a fair amount, so I try to keep my possessions minimal and store most neatly away. Things left out are available to enjoy such as my travel books, CDs and arty coffee table books. I leave all basic cooking ingredients such as spices, oil and vinegar in the kitchen making it easy for you to enjoy real cooking here.
KEYS: You can collect the keys from a key-safe (I'll send you the combination code a few days before you arrive). Please return the keys to the key-safe when you leave (if you lose the keys I'm afraid I will have to charge you for having to change the locks). If you forget you can mail the keys back to me (but I will charge £5 for inconvenience because it really is a pain!).
No smoking (except on the balcony, but please don't leave butts out there).
Not suitable for music parties. Please be considerate of my neighbours with not excessive noise levels and not too late.

Final rule - relax, make yourself at home and enjoy!
