Wake up on the 18th floor to unobstructed Gulf views, grab your two included beach chairs, and walk to the sand in minutes. Ocean Blue is a fully updated beachfront condo at Aqua Resort — steps from Pier Park, designed for families who want a real beach vacation without the hassle.

The space
Two king bedrooms, a bunk nook with Twin XL beds, and a king-sized sectional give everyone plenty of room to spread out. The master suite has a walk-in rain shower, soaking tub, and dual vanities. The second bedroom is right next to the guest bath. The bunk nook tucks off the hallway — kids love it.

The kitchen is fully stocked with granite countertops, stainless appliances, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, blender, full cookware, and everything you need to do real meals. There's a dining table plus bar seating. The 85" living room TV and two gaming systems (Xbox + PlayStation) have you covered on rainy days. In-unit washer and dryer included.

Step onto the private balcony for Gulf views from the 18th floor — best seat in the house for morning coffee or sunset wind-down.

Two reserved beach chairs and an umbrella are set up daily — a $50/day value, included with your stay. Resort pool access is included, plus wristbands for all Aqua amenities. There's also an on-site snack spot for a quick bite between beach and pool. Parking is in the covered garage (registration details in your welcome message). Fast private Wi-Fi, smart TVs in every room, beach toys and boogie boards in the closet.

Traveling with a larger group? Our sister property, Totally Beach'n, is one floor down (1605 Aqua) and has the same setup — two kings, a bunk nook, and Gulf views. Book both and your group gets two full condos, two balconies, and twice the space, all in the same building.

Guest access
You'll receive a private door code before arrival — no front desk, no keys, no lines. Covered parking is in the garage (registration details in your welcome message). The Sky Bridge connects the garage directly to the building.

Pier Park is a half-mile walk — shops, restaurants, mini golf, the SkyWheel, and live music all right there. The beach is steps from the building. Northwest Florida Beaches airport (ECP) is about 20 minutes away; Uber runs around $30.

Other things to note
No parties or loud gatherings. Quiet hours enforced. Primary guest must be 25+. No smoking anywhere on property.
