Location! Price! Nicolo was a fantastic host and his home has everything you need. We loved our time in monopoli and this place couldn't be more central.
Nicolo was an amazing host during our stay in Monopoli, he piked us up from the bus station, let us have a late check out, dropped us off at the train station and helped us out when we needed it. Made our stay very enjoyable and we had all the information we required to do all the things we wanted to see and do. The apartment had everything we needed and is in a nice little area full of shops, cafe's and restaurants.
Thank you Nicolo :)
Very nice place! Clean and comfortable! A lot of shops, restaurants, fish, meat and cheese stores near.
There all necessary for living in appt.
My husband and I stayed in Nicolo's apartment for 4 nights and had a great time in Monopoli. We just wanted to relax after a few weeks of travelling and go to the beach. We didn't have a car so Nicolo was kind enough to pick us up from a nearby town and bring us to the train station when we left. The best thing was that he provided us with bicycles the whole time we were there, so we could explore the beaches that were outside of the city. We had a great time cycling around. The location of the apartment is just amazing.. Right in the centro storico. You don't want to be anywhere else! I would recommend this apartment and especially Nicolo as a host.
We had everything what we needed. If you want to be close to Italian history and todays civil life in the same time, this is very good choice. Appartment is not big, but is big enough, because also street is very calm and you can spend time also outside the house, which was very welcomed by our children. Localisation is just great, close to cafes, restaurants, little harbor, it is in narrow street right in the historical centre, close to the beaches. Nicolo was very kind and helpful, every time we met him and his family, he was always asking about conditions of living in his appartment. As for some minor troubles, wifi needs some special technics to use it, but it is caused by medieval historical area with narow streets and wide stone walls (all neighbours had the same problem with connection), but good think is that you can take the router with you on the trip, which is very useful. Because we knew Monopoli from the past, we were missing farm market, that was closed some months ago. Therefore we were kindly pushing Nicolo to persuade the major of the town about its reopening for our next stay:)
