This is a residential street that is nestled away from an abundance of incredible places to eat out at or shop at. A quick walk to Mercy Hospital and many local offices. A quick bike ride down 1st or 4th Ave to downtown San Diego and Balboa Park. Truly a convenient, lively urban center with lots of choices.
