I will greet the guests and see that they have everything they need and help orientate them. Plenty of information available in the studio and I am happy to tell you a lot about Sydney and points of interests.

Our neighbourhood Kensington is peaceful yet almost in the city centre, close to universities, beaches, Centennial Park and even the airport is only 15 minutes by car as we are very close to the freeway which means you can get to almost any part of Sydney and out of Sydney easily. We are also walking distance to the latest art precinct of Danks Street in Surry Hills and walking distance to Fox Studio precinct for farmer's markets, movies and restaurants. Central to everything.
There are a multitude of buses down the street going to all parts of Sydney and its a 10 minutes walk to Greens Square rail station. You can park in the drive way if if there is no other parking available.
There is a secure entrance gate which must be locked at all times and a sensor lght which is activated by waving, then four steps as soon as the gate opens, take care at night.
Michal, we miss SO much your oasi!
Don't miss her accomodation when you go to Sydney.
I was really enjoying the stay in Michal cozy house during my last visit to Sydney. It was such a "warm" experience, a warm welcome from Michal with warm smile and refreshment, Michal stayed really late to open the gate for us since we arrived quite late; a warm wood house, small but have everything, and a nice garden in front; a warm farewell from Michal, I was so impressed with the bread and flower for my early flight.
great thanks and I wish Michal you could visit us some day in the future.
The apartment is an old artists studio (artists require lots of light) so would be best suited to early risers. Jesse the dog is a lovely old man but does like a bit of a bark between 8.30 & 9 so again suited to early risers.
The host is lovely, accommodating and informative.
On arrival we were greeted with a bottle of bubbly for our honeymoon as well as ample breakfast items.
The apartment is well equipped for short stays if you like eating out or take-aways and there are plenty of eateries within a 5 min walk.
A lack of kitchen sink and somewhere to put our general rubbish when the bin was full (lots of recycling bins) meant we had to leave the place messier than we'd have liked.
The veranda was lovely and we enjoyed having drinks in the sun there.
It is slightly further from the city centre than we were expecting but the bus route was explained to us by Michal and was fab.
We wouldnt hesitate to stay again if we were ever lucky enough to return to beautiful Aus so thank you.
Really nice and cozy place to explore Sydney from, as buses to the CBD are right down the street from Michal's place. Michal was very sweet and provided us with fresh fruits, bread, milk, cereal, and even got us yummy croissants for breakfast one day! Jessie, the dog, is absolutely adorable.
Me and my family stayed in Michael's space one night, Michael was wonderful and helpful! Her place was very clean and comfortable . Will 100% come back in the future .
Michal's inner-city oasis was the perfect place to rest after a day wandering around Sydney!! Very convenient to the airport and easy-peasy to get down town on the bus. The studio is swell, full of cool artwork and hidden in a cute garden. Michal is a sweetheart too, we even enjoyed a 'cuppa' together. Highly recommend, thanks Michal!!
Michal's little flat is lovely - spacious, airy and cool. The flat has a separate entrance to the house, on a quiet little street in Kensington. She even provided us with a lovely breakfast! I'd highly recommend staying here (do note that there aren't cooking facilities in the flat- but there are plenty of great places around to eat).
My parents stayed in Michal's place and felt very good. Very close to the city, and all the necessary for a big bteakfast.
My son and I stayed at Michal's for a week while he was attending Nida, it was walking distance to the University and we had a lovely stay. Michal set up the single bed for my son which was greatly appreciated, as he is getting a bit too big to be sharing a bed with his mum. Very quiet area and so close to all the Sydney attractions, had a very pleasant stay.....Thankyou. The dog was beautiful and loved a pat.
Couldn't recommend enough - Fantastic place to stay and Michal couldn't be a better host. Really appreciated the unexpected extras! Thank you.
