Newly renovated in 2024, our beautifully appointed Cape Coral canal-side home features a heated, large in-ground pool and a boat dock with access to the Gulf of Mexico. Both kids and adults will love the large, heated in-ground pool setup, with deck chairs, lots of floats, and pool games for you to enjoy.

This is an excellent property for family or group getaways, multiple families, or friends gathering for a fishing trip or a fun Florida getaway.

The neighborhood is safe, great for walking or biking, and close to many great restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Our location is also perfect for exploring Southwest Florida, including the beaches of Sanibel and Captiva islands.

If you own a boat, ask us about using our dock, which is located on the property and connects to the Gulf of Mexico via Cape Coral's canal system. Small dogs are allowed with an additional fee on a case-by-case basis.

Guests have access to the entire property, including the inground pool and boat dock. Rent a boat locally or bring your own.
