Welcome to our spacious 3-bedroom home nestled on 36 acres right on the Great Miami River! With 4 beds, this retreat can easily accommodate up to 8 guests, making it perfect for families or groups seeking a memorable vacation experience.

The space
Located just seconds away from the Buckeye trail bike path and the Charleston Falls nature preserve, outdoor enthusiasts will find endless opportunities for adventure right at their doorstep. Additionally, our central location means that downtown Dayton is just a short 15-minute drive away, and we're conveniently close to the University of Dayton, WPAFB and Dayton International Airport.

But the adventure doesn't stop there! As hosts who also operate a canoe and kayak livery on-site, we're happy to offer our guests exclusive access to rentals during their stay (seasonal). Whether you're exploring the Great Miami River or relaxing on our pond, there's no shortage of opportunities to immerse yourself in nature's beauty.

Back at the house, you'll find plenty of entertainment options to enjoy. Challenge your friends to a friendly game of pool or ping pong, or take one of our kayaks or paddle boats out for a spin on the water. With so much to do both indoors and out, this home is truly an ideal retreat for adventure enthusiasts and families alike.
