Aaron and Dani were super friendly and hospitable, definitely exceeding the responsibilities they had as hosts. While they were not present upon our arrival, everything was there as they described. The location was perfect as a base for a ski trip for exploring Chamonix, and was also only a short 20 minute walk to the main city. If you don't have a car and don't like walking, there's also a bus stop almost directly outside the chalet.
Aaron and Dani were very pleasant to chat with (Aaron was even kind enough to let us sample his home-crafted beers!) and Gustavo the dog made the place feel extra friendly!
Would highly recommend to anyone, especially if you're travelling on a budget.
Aaron and Danni are great hosts. We had a wonderful stay at their chalet. Truly a complete ski experience. They are very knowledgeable and hospitable and we can't wait to return!
Dani and Aaron were brilliant hosts, really friendly and helpful. We stayed in their really cosy Chalet Haute Boheme for two nights in the twin room. The chalet is cosy, warm, a home from home, and the room although small is absolutely adequate with really comfortable beds, clean and quiet.
Aaron was away for the first night, and even though no-one was there to welcome us because of the time we arrived, there were clear instructions pinned to the front door for us to get in and find our room and settle in. You have run of the Chalet - use of the kitchen and two bathrooms, which are all clean and well organised, and full of charm.
Dani soon arrived with Aaron's beautiful dog Gus who is really lovely, and she was extremely friendly and helpful. We only had two nights as we were stopping for a day's rest on the way trhough from Oxford UK to Tuscany in Italy, and Dani recommended a local french restaurant to eat instead of going into Chamonix proper, and we were so glad she did. The food was amazing and not pricey, it was friendly and quiet as it was the end of the season.
I am so glad to have found Aaron, Dani and Gus and Chalet Haute Boheme, as now I can easily book for future skiing trips to Chamonix. Can't wait to go back. Charming people, charming place and amazing views and food. Thank you both!
We had a great time during our stay in Chalete Boheme.Dani is a perfect host, she made us feel like at home.Every morning she spent time making a lovely breakfast for us!The place is absolutely beautiful,we would love to stay there again and I would definitely recommend it to everyone going to Chamonix!
Aaron was a super nice and knowledgeable guy. He was there to meet us when we arrived and provided us with a lot of useful tips about the local area that were priceless. Every morning he or Dani spent time preparing a wonderful breakfast for us (great eggs!) and we always left feeling absolutely stuffed. Would definitely stay here again if given the chance.
I had a wonderful time during my stay. Even though we didn't get to spend long time together, Aaron was a very helpful host and provided all necessary details about the chalet and the area. The room was clean and cozy with a beautiful view of the mountains. The chalet was in a nice quiet area, so if you prefer staying away from street noise, I'd definitely recommend it!
We had a great time staying at Chalet Boheme. Aaron and Dani (and Guss) are the perfect hosts and make you feel at home. Aaron helped us with equipment rental and advice on where the best ski spots would be. Chamonix is just beautiful and we hope to go back soon.

About the Host, Aaron
I’m relaxed, friendly and I love to help. I'm originally from New Zealand and I have been traveling now for 15 years. I enjoy visiting new places and showing people the places I love the most. Chamonix has been my "home away from homes" quite a few times over the years and I have decided to make it my base camp.
The mountains provided me with inspiration and enormous beauty and I cant imagine a better place to hang my hat at the end of the day.
I’m a keen skier, snowboarder, climber, trail runner, speed wing and paraglider pilot. Its a joy to wake up amongst the stunning back drop of the Chamonix valley, at the foot of Mont Blanc and no matter the weather or season there is always something to do.
Feel free to message me if you would like to know anything about the accommodation, activities or Chamonix in general. I'm here to help.
I hope you choose to stay with us at either Chalet Inora Chalet Haute Boheme
