Near plenty of restaurants and bars but shielded from the noise, this studio features a handmade murphy bed, vintage decor and convenient access to both bus and metro lines. Grab a book off the shelf, head out to the park, or join the action on 18th.

The apartment is yours! Washer and dryer are in the basement of the row house. There is a beautiful park steps from the back door with basketball courts, a large field, and playground.

When I list the unit I generally won't be in town, but I'm happy to make recommendations for sightseeing, transportation and food (my favorite).

There are 6 units in the building, so you need to be respectful of the other neighbors but they are all adults. I expect you to treat the apartment as if it were your own and leave everything inside, but there are no special rules. No smoking in the apartment, but there is a large fire escape off the main room with a camping chair ready for your use.

I absolutely loved my stay at Scott's place for the weekend. The area seems like it's straight out of a movie! His response time and directions were clear and straight to the point. He made sure I found my way alright with a quick message. It felt like a home away from home! I would definitely recommend.

Scott was a great host. His apartment was centrally located, right down the block from wonderful coffee shops and restaurants, and with all that, parking was easy to find (and free). The place is nicely decorated, comfortable and supplied with wifi. I would definitely stay there again when I'm in DC!

This was an excellent airbnb. Scott was responsive, warm, and provided super clear instructions that made my stay effortless and easy. The apartment was bright, cosy, clean, well appointed, and comfortable, and located super close to easy grocery shopping and restaurants (as well as my conference at the Marriott!). Crashing on the couch to indulge in netflix and HBO at the end of the day was the crowning touch. Highly recommend.

Scott's place in AdMo is a real gem, the perfect size for two people and in a beautiful neighborhood. He's a communicative host who offers all the amenities one might desire while away from home. We made coffee in the mornings, watched movies at night, and explored the city by day. The Murphey bed is super cozy and the morning light is divine. Will definitely try to stay here again next time I'm visiting DC. Thank you Scott!!

It seems that I'm the first guest to this apt. I highly recommend this place and it is a great apt to stay! Scott is such a helpful person and he answered all my questions timely including recommending nearby running routes (They are all great!). I also find Scott's place is very clean and organized. Though it's just a studio, it's very well maintained and equipped with all the stuff one may need. The location is also great, just nearby the zoo and the creek trails. I found the Adams Morgan a very nice neighborhood. It's quite and convenient. (Metro is just 5 min walk. There is bus station right in front of the apt and the bike share is also just 2min walk.Trader joe is about 20min walk from the apt and Hana Japanese market is about 10-15min walk. etc.) I previously booked with another host but she canceled it 3 days before my arrival so I was a bit upset. Compared to the previous host, I feel Scott is a more organized host as he provided me all the info very clearly. Thanks to Scott, I had a very nice trip to DC. I will definitely go back next time I visit DC!!! :)
