Beautiful water views from three sides create a sense of open space. It is peaceful, and now it has fast internet, perfect for working or studying from home. Screened porch and patio with fire pit. Big living room, sunny dining room and kitchen. Restored with mid-century modern furniture. House is at end of a dead-end street in a quiet neighborhood of mixed income housing. There is no water access from this lot, but Carter's Cove Marina is nearby for launching kayaks or mooring your boat.

The space
Most of the furnishings were left in the house when we bought it. We had to re-upholster them, but were able to save mid-century modern furnishings, old pictures, old lamps, and many dishes from the era.
