Spotless studio apartment with all amenities. Relax on the private patio enjoying a panoramic view of Downtown and San Diego Bay, or get cozy in a love-seat by the outdoor Chiminea. The unit has a full kitchen and an outdoor BBQ. Private parking right out front. Quiet neighborhood, but close to Downtown, Beaches, SeaWorld and the World Famous San Diego Zoo. Walk to local restaurants, bars, Eppig brewery, bay side trails, grocery store, & sports fishing.
No dogs due to host health issues.

The space
Tranquil location close to all San Diego has to offer. Full kitchen and bath, as well as outside private yard with patios. All recently remodeled. Full closet and dresser, queen sized bed. Fully equipped with dishes, kitchen wares and linens. Wifi, Netflix TV. Private entrance and designated parking. Note: there are three steps on path leading into unit.

Other things to note
Private side yard with great view. Gaze at fire works over the bay from the private patio most weekends in the summer. Quiet safe neighborhood. Great breweries in town. Ubers are plentiful - 10 minutes to most attractions. Cat on site but she does not go in unit. Three steps and slightly sloping path to access unit. Please, no dogs due to host health issues.
