Guest access
Guests have access to the main floor and upstairs area inside the house. The basement access door is kept locked. All that is down there is a washer and dryer that I use to launder venue table cloths. There is also AirBnB supplies for the house and apartment as well as some wedding decorations and supplies for the venue. There is a separate exterior entrance to the basement (accessible from the outside) that I will very rarely come and go from during your stay in case I need something out of it for our other AirBnB or wedding venue. I will text you before I ever let myself into the basement area to quickly grab supplies. This very rarely happens and if it does it would only be between the hours of 9am-8pm and as I said, I will message prior to ever entering the basement to grab supplies.
Guests have access to the entire outdoor property with the exception of the two car garage and attached AirBnB efficiency apartment and its adjacent outdoor space. The wedding venue building is kept locked, and we asks guests to stay off the surrounding outdoor space if an event is occurring.
Other things to note
There is a wedding venue down the hill from this property. Our policy for wedding parties is outdoor music off by 9pm and party over by 11pm.
Cell phone service is lacking in most of Hocking Hills area, but we have GREAT WiFi perfect for video calls, texting, and streaming. We tend to get service on the back deck.
There is a fire pit on property. Please bring your own firewood. If you need a location to purchase firewood message us for directions.
Our amazing neighbors across the street have awesome farm animals. The small dogs, kittens, chickens, and goats enjoy frequently visiting the property and getting snuggles and love from all our visitors.
