The space
Living Room: High-end down-filled silk couch and love seat, smart TV, books highlighting Richmond's history, and a coffee table that raises and lowers.

Original pieces of art painted by Ray Stevens who grew up in the house.

Dining Room: Dining table can expand with two leaves that are kept in the garage. There are books for all ages. In the corner cabinet, you'll find games, serving plates, and small wine glasses.

Kitchen: Galley kitchen with gas oven/stove. We've stocked it with enough cookware and gadgets to create masterpiece meals. Nespresso, air fryer, blender, toaster oven, electric kettle, and more!

The bedrooms and office are located on the second floor.

Bedroom 1: King bed with a new soft mattress. The frame raises and lowers. Off bedroom 1 is an office that includes a printer.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed with a new medium firm mattress. The frame raises and lowers. There's an antique desk from a Massachusetts college. In the closet, we've created a reading nook.

Bedroom 3: Full bed with a new soft mattress. The frame raises and lowers.

Full Bathroom: Authentic Turkish towels, extra toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, sewing kit, floss, and soap.

Half Bathroom: It's a squeeze. But it works.

Office: Sitting area, ergonomic chair, desk, printer, super fast WiFi.

Bonus Toilet: In the basement, you'll find a bonus toilet.

Basement: Exercise equipment, washer, dryer.

Outdoor: Fire pit, string lights, chairs.
