Interaction with Guests
I love interacting with my guests and find that most people who stay at BnB's are the friendliest! I've met some incredible folks who have stayed with me and have been invited to some fabulous locations. I also know that sometimes we all need time to ourselves. I will gladly respect your privacy. I have a very full life, too!
Though not fancy, I live in a comfortable, safe neighborhood, which I believe is one of San Diego's best!
The #2 bus is just a block away, giving you access to the rest of San Diego and the world!

Susan was a great and really caring, warm-hearted host. We felt really comfortable staying at her place. We had our own bathroom and her breakfast was healthy and delicious.
All in all we highly recommend her.
Susan was such a nice host! She makes you feel very welcome. Her place is very nice, very clean and with great art everywhere. It's also only 5 minutes or so from downtown, great location. Plenty of street parking right in front. Bathroom is plenty big, nice spacious shower. The room has a comfortable bed and ceiling fan. When I return to San Diego, I'll definitely try to stay with Susan again.
Susan is so nice and so accommodating. We were up early and out late and she really made us feel welcome. Her place is beautifully decorated and so clean. She's not far from downtown, just a quick bus or uber will get you there. I would come back and stay with Susan again!
Susan was wonderful! Very welcoming and served a delicious breakfast! Highly recommend!
Susan was a wonderful and attentive host. She sent texts to us keeping us abreast of weather conditions and any issues that may help make our stay more enjoyable.
Her breakfasts were wonderful, very healthy and tasty. A welcome change to all the heavy breakfasts that we had during our extended vacation.
She was very warm and friendly which made us feel extremely comfortable in her home.
The only downside is parking, which she did warn us about before our stay. We did find parking each night but it may take a few minutes to locate a spot. To that note though, we did arrive very late each evening, well after the neighborhood settled in for the night. I think if you arrive earlier than we did you will have NO problems with that.
Thank you Susan for a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. Your conversation and inviting personality were a god send!
Susan is a fantastic host. She gave me a lot of advice of traveling around town and great but inexpensive restaurants. The apartment locates on the Broadway and it is super easy to catch the #2 bus to go downtown, which is great for travelers who don't have a car. Susan also made healthy breakfast and I love it a lot. Overall she is a nice host and her room is both pretty and cozy. I would want to stay here if I come to SD again in the future.
