This is a one bedroom penthouse located in the Old City, just off Temple Bar, It has a private solid wrap balcony with seating area and lovely views of Dublin's rooftops with sunsets in the spring and summer months.
Location could not be better.
it is situated just off the famous Cows Lane (don't miss the local craft market every Saturday) in Old City that is on the edge of trendy Temple Bar. This means Temple Bar is on your doorstep with all its restaurants, pubs, shopping and nightlife.
All major tourist attractions such as Trinity Collage, Dublin Castle, Chistchurch and St. Patricks cathedral are less then a 5 minute stroll away. Shopping districts Grafton street and Henry street is less then 10 minutes away, together with St Stephens Green and Merrion Square to name a few.

It has a solid wrap around balcony with charming views and a seating area that is just perfect for breakfast (when weather permits). The balcony has 2 entrances, one from the living room and the other from the bedroom.

Malin and Ollie were very accommodating about last minute changes in our schedule. The apartment is just as it shows in the photos - and the location is perfect for sightseeing! The kitchen had all you need to make a small meal - comfortable bed - good wifi - very pleasant and comfortable apartment. The balcony is a great added benefit. Very nice to sit outside and watch the neighborhood.
We had the most fabulous stay at the Penthouse Apartment in Dublin.
The Apartment is located in an ideal central location which felt safe and was quiet at night time allowing for a great nights sleep.
Everything we needed and more was provided in the flat from towels to hair-dryers to teabags to high-speed WiFi and all were modern and in top-working order. Access onto the private balcony was delightful and was a great suntrap for our morning breakfast.
We were met from the bus stop by our host which made us feel really welcome and helped us with all the information we'd need to know. I'd certainly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Dublin.
We were warmly welcomed by Malin, who went out out her way to accommodate us. Her communication is very prompt, and the description is accurate. Everything we needed to prepare meals and enjoy our stay was thoughtfully provided. The neighbourhood is convenient to many stores and services, and the colourful Saturday market was great fun. I heartily recommend Malin's penthouse !
Great location, clean apartment, all necessities were there. You can walk everywhere where you need to for visiting Dublin. Malin was very responsive, helpful and even made sure during our visit if all is ok. Would definitely come back and recommend the place.
My girlfriend and I stayed here for a long weekend, and had a wonderful time. The flat is exactly as described - bright, well-decorated and modern. More to the point, it looks exactly as it does in the pictures. It's in a great location, too: close enough to Temple Bar that you feel connected to the nightlife, but far enough away that it's - for the most part - pretty quiet. Most importantly, it's directly above Queen of Tarts, which does a really nice line in cakes and breakfasts.
Malin was a lovely host. She met us early on the day we arrived, and was kind enough to look after our bags while the apartment was cleaned. When we got into the flat, she let us know how everything worked, and also gave us a folder with recommendations for local attractions and places to eat, which we found really useful. She was also kind enough to check up on us after a day or two, to make sure we were getting on alright.
All in all, we had a great time in the apartment, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
We visited Dublin for a week last month and we stayed at Malin's flat. Everything was absolutely perfect. Extremely well located, extremely clean and practical! Malin was THE perfect host. She answered really quickly to any questions, she sent us an email during our stay to know if everything was ok and the last day she kept our luggages before we took our flight! We can't say anything else than Malin's flat is the place to stay if you go to Dublin! Thanks a lot Malin! Po & Tom
A fun location and very clean apartment. We sometimes heard music from other building occupants and a bit of rowdy street noise but it wasn't a big issue and Malin openly acknowledged that. Malin was a really nice host, helping us check in to the apartment and drop bags when we first arrived. Really enjoyed and appreciated the tidiness and location.
