This is a one bedroom penthouse located in the Old City, just off Temple Bar, It has a private solid wrap balcony with seating area and lovely views of Dublin's rooftops with sunsets in the spring and summer months.
Location could not be better.
it is situated just off the famous Cows Lane (don't miss the local craft market every Saturday) in Old City that is on the edge of trendy Temple Bar. This means Temple Bar is on your doorstep with all its restaurants, pubs, shopping and nigthlife, however the noise of of Temple Bar is not. Neither is traffic as it is located on a smaller street.
All major tourist attractions such as Trinity Collage, Dublin Castle, Chistchurch and St. Patricks cathedral are less then a 5 minute stroll away. Shopping districts Grafton street and Henry street is less then 10 minutes away, together with St Stephens Green and Merrion Square to name a few.
Located on the 4th floor it is flooded with natrual ligth. It is newly renovated and new to the market.
Kitchen is fully fitted with new appliances and everything you might need.
It has a solid wrap around balcony with charming views and a seating area that is just perfect for breakfast (when weather permits). The balcony has 2 entrances, one from the living room and the other from the bedroom.
The entrance hall has an amazing high ceiling with stairs down into the rest of the apartment.
There is an relaxing seating area with flatscreen TV and a bright dining area (for those days when there is a bit of rain in the air).
Bedroom has a comfortable double bed and storage.
50 MB Wi-Fi fibre broadband is included, as is cable TV together with towels and bed linens.
There is no hidden fees for cleaning or simIlar and I am trying to be flexible when possible with check in and out times.

Malin is just the best host I've ever met. She's been so flexible and always went above and beyond to help me. Thanks Mailn!
We were visiting Dublin for the weekend. Malin welcomed us on arrival and helpfully showed us around the apartment making sure everything was in order. We needed some groceries and Malin hepfully walked us to a nearby convenience store.
The apartment itself is stylish, clean, tidy, comfortably furnished and nicely laid out. The balcony runs down two sides of the apartment with lovely views across the surrounding neighbourhood. When we were there it was too cold to make much use of the balcony but in warmer weather it would be very nice to spend time there. The rest of the building is clean, stylish and secure. The is ideal for exploring Dublin, on the edge of Temple Bar, five minutes from Dublin Castle, ten minutes from Grafton Street and close to the river Liffey if you want to cross the Ha'penny Bridge. The surrounding neighbourhood is quiet and charming and has lots of small shops including a great bookshop - Gutter Books - and a bakery beside the apartment building. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Dublin again!
Great place. Great location. Clean and easy communication. Highly recommended.
I've stayed at Malin's place several times. she's a great host, always available and kind. the place is great in a prime location.
Cet appartement est vraiment super. Bien situé, à 2 pas de Temple Bar, dans une rue assez calme. Appartement moderne, très propre, wifi rapide, cuisine équipée, commerces proches... Rien à dire. Malin est une hotesse charmante. Merci !
The reservation was canceled 14 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
|| THE HOST || Malin was a great host. All communications prior to the booking were prompt and complete. She greeted me on time at a cafe near the apartment and showed me around the apartment's key features before turning over the keys. She advised on where I could find local convenience and grocery stores and also recommended the Saturday food and crafts markets in the neighborhood. She also sent a follow up message a couple of days after check-in, just to make sure things were going okay.
|| THE LISTING || The listing is just as described and pictured. The apartment is large and bright, with comfortable furnishings and a well-equipped kitchen. There was plenty of bedding, including spare blankets and pillows.
|| UPS & DOWNS ||
- There is plentiful counter space in the bathroom, and lots of storage space (two nightstands, a dresser, and a wardrobe) in the bedroom.
- There are lots of conveniently-positioned power outlets in all of the rooms, including one next to each of the nightstands.
- The apartment is, as described, not in the heart of Temple Bar, but there was still street noise at nighttime on most of the nights of my stay. I was never awakened from sleep, but the sound travels quite well through the windows of the apartment so during my waking hours it was noticeable.
- Please note that, as described in the listing, the apartment comes equipped with a washer but not a dryer.
Thanks Milan . My stay was very present . Your accommodation was very clean and well located . I would recommend it to anybody staying in Dublin.
