The Space

I am looking for a month subletter please! Preferably for this July!

I will have a rather large sized room available to rent. It is in my 4 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment. It is minimally furnished with a futon, HUGE closet, lighting, HUGE fan, desk, chair, table.

The room you see here is my room. The room you will have will be the same size, blue and more clean/minimal.

I don't have any other roommates. Just me.

No pets. Smoke free.

It is a prime location in Park Slope Brooklyn. Literally anything you could possibly need is at your footsteps. 3 subways one block away (F, G, R), laundry mat is literally right next door, 24hr pharmacies, diners, restaurants, bars, bike shop, 10 min or less walk from prospect park, stores and more stores!

Please email me for more details/pictures!

Have a nice day!

  • Leah and I are roommates! I am the ghost that lives in the bedroom near the kitchen. I'm rarely around so I may not even see you, but if I do I am very nice too. Leah is very clean and neat and has a great big room. The apartment is in Park Slope, the ideal location for tons of great restaurants, bars, easy access by subway to manhattan and or course prospect park is only a few blocks away! You'll like it here!

  • Simply put, Leah Shore is the best. And her apartment room is wonderful, very eclectic and special. If you are the type of person who enjoys seeing vintage Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action-figures displayed next to the refrigerator, Leah's apartment is the place to be. She also lives in the best part of Brooklyn, with tons of excellent restaurants, bars and shops right on her doorstep (plus she's near the F subway, which is a fast way to get into Manhattan). Also, did I mention I would trust Leah with my life? She's the type of person who would stop to help a fallen friend during a monster attack in a horror movie. No lie. She's got your back!

Hey! My name is Leah and I am a filmmaker living in Park Slope Brooklyn, the best place to live. EVER. I live in a fantastic 4 bedroom 1.5 bathroom apartment right on 5th avenue. Their are only 2 other apartments in my building and it is extremely quiet and spacious. I live in the biggest room in my apartment complete with a real closet, 2 giant windows, a computer and a full bed and drawers. I have 2 roommates that are rarely around and if they are, you wouldn't know. Because they are ghosts. Quiet, nice, clean ghosts in their lates 20's. I also have 1.5 bathrooms, meaning if you have a friend over one of you could take a shower while the other urinates, at the same time. Laundromat literally nextdoor (I walk out in my pjs all the time), restaurants/bars galore, shops are infinite, multiple grocery stores, 3 subways around the corner, bike shop, park a few blocks away, EVERYTHING YOU WILL EVER NEED and more!!!! STAY HERE. I promise you it is indeed the best deal on this site. ****CURRENTLY looking to sublet May 11th- June 10th
