Apartment is nested in a safe and tranquil neighborhood. The location is central and facilitates easy access to public transportation, minutes away from NYC.

New kitchen, new carpet on bedrooms and living room. We have the place equipped with most essential things. Large TV on the living room. desk space to work, cooking ware, utensils, plates etc.

The space
Guests have the whole apartment to themselves. This includes a 2 bedrooms, a living room a bathroom, and a kitchen.

The apartment is in a two family house this being the top floor( 2 flight stairs). Neighborhood it's beautiful, safe and we are very close to the most beautiful NYC Skyline-views.

Other things to note
New carpeting on living room and Bedrooms. We required not to wear shoes on the carpet.
Brand new Kitchen equipped with water filter.

Parking Information

There is free public street Parking around the neighborhood. However; between 9:00 am to 12 noon street parking is for residents only. During those hours you can park in the municipal parking a block away or get a daily visitor’s permit.
