Welcome to your Urban Oasis at Casa SoCo! You are literally steps away from two of the hippest streets in town — South Congress & South 1st, and a long walk, quick cab or direct bus to downtown. But you are also hidden, on a quiet, dead-end street with loads of privacy and plenty of secure, off – street parking (a rarity in this hood).
Casa SoCo has 4 bedrooms: 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Twin. It's a retro-rehab, modern with an open living area that flows into the kitchen and plenty of space to move. Fast WiFi & Apple TV.
Casa SoCo includes 7 cruiser bikes. You could be at one of Congress Ave's legendary shops in a few minutes. Alcomar or the super chic Lenior (SoFi) is less than a 10 minute walk. A new Torchy's Tacos opened just 2 1/2 blocks away!
The spacious master bedroom has an incredibly comfortable King size bed with super-soft bamboo linens. (Serta pillowtop mattress that is firm throughout but plush). The master includes a glassed-in rain shower, sink and toliet. A vanity with seating and mirror is also in the master, along with a full closet and dresser.
The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed, same lux linens. It is a slightly smaller room with a full closet and dresser.
The 3rd bedroom is set up for two — adults who want to sleep in separate beds, or kids. There are two new pillow-top twin beds, same lux linens, a full size closet and dresser.
The 2nd & 3rd bedroom share a large bathroom with a full size bathtub/shower and sink.
The 4th bedroom has a new Queen bed as well. The back wall is all window — looking out to the private patio. Curtains can be drawn for privacy.
Every room has fabulous original windows and the natural light in Casa SoCo is superb.
Casa SoCo has plenty of outdoor seating so you can chill with your family or friends. Our front patio has 6 awesome rockers (with drink holders!) and a fire pit -- all under our 250 year old oak tree. Our back patio is an ideal place to share a bottle of wine and nosh.
