The Space

This property is located in the heart of Dublin 2. You can walk everywhere - no extra costs for public transport. This alone will save you a lot of money. Located in an unusual development called "Wintergarden" because of the glasshouse effect inner courtyard area.

A modern one bedroom loft style apartment comprising one large double bedroom with a King sized bed, wardrobe & storage; a new IKEA couch bed in main living room; fully fitted kitchen with microwave grill, cooker & oven; washing machine, fridge & freezer; bathroom with electric shower and living room with table & chairs. Modern and clean, wooden floors throughout with carpet in the bedroom. Very comfortable and attractive apartment with large windows floor to ceiling in the living room and a small balcony. Not suitable for very young children or older people with leg problems as the apartment is located on the second floor and there is no lift access. Based in the impressive Wintergarden complex it is safe and secure.

Airport transfer available if it suits both parties at a cost of €15 each way for a maximum of 4 people and a reasonable amount of luggage! This may not always be possible so please request this when booking. Taxi from the airport to the City Centre is usually €25-€30 or Aircoach is approximately €7 per person each way.
