  • We had a wonderful experience at Juan Pablo's place. The apartment is well-equipped, clean and the building is very well-situated (really!), with great amenities.
Furthermore, there is a wonderful team in the building office, who are very helpful. And Juan Pablo is quick to respond to any queries.
Overall very positive and I would happily stay there again.

  • Great apartment in a perfect location. Its nice not to have to search for a grocery store and have plenty of cafes near by plus you can walk to nearly everything. It was very very clean and well kept. It also had a lovely view of Santa Lucia. We will definitely be staying here on our way out of Chile

  • We returned to apartment 1707 for a further stay after making a trip to Puerto Varas. As before, we found the apartment an excellent place to stay and Juan Pablo and his team very helpful. The apartment is in a quiet position at the end of a corridor and you do not hear your neighbours once inside.

  • I came from London and stayed at Juan Pablo's apartment for 3 nights while visiting my daughter in Santiago and found it a perfect place to stay. I will return for a further stay after a trip to Patagonia. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well decorated, and the bed is excellent with a good mattress and crisp cotton sheets and a good duvet. All communication with Juan Pablo before the trip was very efficient and helpful - it is a great help that he has an office in the building and he and staff are available all day including at weekends. The building is smart and feels secure with a porter on the gate. It's a great advantage to have a big supermarket below and there are good cafes nearby. The view of the Andes and the Cerro (hill) St Lucia are spectacular. We didn't use the pool but took a quick look and will use on our return. Many thanks to Juan Pablo for all his help - we particularly appreciated that he organised for the sofa bed to be made up to allow my daughter to stay with me rather than return to her own apartment. All was smooth - we had an initial difficulty logging on to the wifi but Juan Pablo sent a technician to sort this immediately.

  • I spent two weeks in # 1707 and had a great time there. I can just second what everybody else is saying about the apartment, and recommend it. The apartment is space-effective, nice and clean, location is superb and the hosts response time is quick. Very smooth and professional operation.

My story varies from everyone elses, though, in that upon arrival (saturday night 8pm) I was given the key to the safe, inside the apartment, by the receptionists, instead of the actual key for the apartment. So I could not get in. And when I could not get a hold of Juan Pablo for the next three hours on phone or mail, I ended up having to find a hotel for the first night. A bit annoying there and then, having travelled for 8 hours, but it all got sortet out and I totally believe I had the honor of being the one in a million to experience that kind of thing there. Troubleshooting for y´all. You are welcome btw.

And also, the kitchen is great, and I loved the coffee-maker opportunities there, but a suggestion would be to swap one of the three kettles for a frying pan instead. Eggs for breakfast with fresh bread and tomatoes from the Líder downstairs is most-likely-to-cook-meal, in my book, anyways.

I also got a decent haircut at the hairdresser next to the Líder, so that can also be recommended!

  • Highly recommend this anyone going to Santiago. The apartment was great, very good location, secure, clean. Most importantly was Juan Pablo (and Carlos), who were extremely helpful in anything that I needed (directions, recommendations, rental car, etc.), very friendly, polite and responsive and helpful
