Nature’s Nook is centrally located. Spacious & secluded with all the comforts of home. 3 separate bedrooms & 2 full baths. Over 1 acre backyard w/fire pit (wood supplied), wildlife galore, hammock, chairs/benches, patio table/6 comfy chairs, & still room for other activities. Sidewalks for walkers w/trails & parks nearby. 5 min to MSU! Less than a mile from Lake Lansing (beach amenities supplied ) & several restaurants & breweries all within 5 min! Nature’s Nook will not disappoint!

The space
Welcome to Nature’s Nook! 1048 Sq. Ft all to yourselves! Beautiful sunroom that overlooks the backyard and wildlife. Three bedrooms, king bed (master suite) w/en-suite full bath, another king size bed, and one queen size bed. Two full bathrooms!
Kitchen has everything you need to cook or bake. Some spices, oils, and vinegar. Large dining room that seats six comfortably. Living room with plenty of seating, dedicated work space desk, smart TV w/cable, and plenty of games to play. Many outdoor games for your entertainment.

Guest access
Garage not available, attached carport is available. Washer and dryer are located in the basement with detergent pods supplied for your convenience.
Bench for folding clothes or overhead pole with hangers.

Other things to note
Extra linens and blankets are located in each bedroom closet and extra towels in en-suite bath under sink. Cleaning supplies under kitchen sink.
Beach towels and beach blanket located in sunroom on the top shelf of the coat rack for your convenience.
Children items are all located in the basement. Available items include; high chair, two strollers, car seat, and pack and play.
Outdoor games located in large shed. Corn Hole, Badminton set with net provided that can be lowered for pickle ball or raised for volleyball, and ladderball
