Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Please be aware that our property is constantly being upgraded. You will sometimes notice we’ve added new items to make stays more comfortable. There is a possibility our photos may be different than what you see in the property upon arrival.

Profiles with a lower review rating than 4.5 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed. Deposits may be required.

Want to bring your pet? Ask the host for details. Sorry, cats are not allowed due to allergies. Note that there is an additional charge of 75$ per pet/per stay for your dog. Guests must pick up their own dogs waste, we will provide poop bags. Any damage caused by your pet will be charged back to you out of your damage deposit.

Please understand that we are near open fields, wooded areas, and water. It is not uncommon to see a variety of insects and wildlife in and around the cottage (especially when there are lights to be attracted to). We are extremely lucky to have an incredible variety of Mother Nature’s most amazing creatures, desirable and less desirable.
