BONUS: There is another listing with the penthouse attic third floor included. Please inquire if interested in adding on to be a larger space. The penthouse is our highest luxury space.

Note - There is a separate guest house occupied by a vetted traveling professional on top of the detached garage. They have their own staircase and locked unit separate from yours. You will only share the detached garage.
Note - It's an urban mixed environment with eclectic homes and great amenities around it. While we have had no formal noise complaints, we do provide sound machines.
Parking: 3-lane Driveway can comfortably fit 2 in the garage. Additional free street parking available.

Other things to note
- For those staying 29 days or more: for everyone’s best interest, a simple NE lease will be shared through Airbnb with standard NE tenant info. We make it easy with a quick "I agree".
- There is a separate professional traveler guest house above the detached garage. They do not share spaces with you except for the garage, driveway and front gate entrance. Sometimes their packages are left on your front steps instead of their stairs: please kindly put them on their own stairs.
- In a few instances, there will be a traveling professional in the separate third floor attic suite. Typically it's a vetted traveling nurse. We will confirm with you when this space is occupied, as you may hear their footsteps on the back stairs or above you. You only share the back mudroom entrance with them. Your home entrance is locked from the mudroom, and they have their own locked staircase accessible from the mudroom as well.
- Kids are welcome in this home - the owners raised their kids here! Though please be mindful we do have multiple wood stairs.
