My friends visited San Francisco and I choose place for them to stay! First of all location of the apartment is the best! You are near to every significant sightseeing SF has! Secondly, the apartment was clean and more than one bedroom apartment! It was big and had everything the visitor needs. My friends are very satisfied and I can advice the apartment to everyone, on behalf of them!
Love the neighbourhood as it was conveniently located. The house was spotless clean when we arrived!
I've stayed with Airbnb from Milan to Sydney, New York to Buenos Aires. Indeed, I've used the service on four previous trips to San Francisco. Usually, my hosts have been eager for me to enjoy my stay and have tried to be accommodating.
Here, however, are extracts from the densely typed rules that awaited my arrival at Miriam's. Take a look now - most are not in the House Rules that have been posted on Airbnb
I am quoting directly with my occasional comments in brackets.

[The apartment itself is ideally situated if you want to visit North Beach or Fisherman's Wharf. It is spacious, clean and very private (sitting at the end of a fifty yard alley). The little garden outside is delightful. If you can handle the oppressive atmosphere caused by the constant threat of penalty charges, then there's every chance you'll enjoy yourself here.]
My sister and I really enjoyed out stay at Miriam's apartment. It was easy to find and we quickly figured out appliances, local grocery stores, etc thanks to Miriam's detailed instructions.
The location was even better than expected. For those that haven't been to SF before this area is perfect. It's an easy walk to Fisherman's Wharf and Coit Tower. We also felt totally safe there at all times.
The apartment itself was clean and exactly as described. I'm happy to recommend it to anyone.
Miriam was a great host giving me information about the apartment before I got there, so I knew exactly what to expect. This was especially useful as I arrived late in the evening. The apartment was wonderfully quiet, with a great location central to all that I wanted to do.
Great location and space. Definitely would stay again!
