Toby is a wonderful host. She was accessible by phone and helpful with Internet/network. She and her husband took time to leave a note for us and a new grill and fishing rods. They put a lot of TLC into their home and it shows. We fished in the river (15 feet from back deck), my 3yo caught sunfish, we ate the one trout we caught. They have beautiful gardens and our 3yo loved prancing around the yard. Even their neighbor and neighbor's dog Bailey were super nice! Thank you Toby for the wonderful stay.
Toby and Dan's home is absolutely gorgeous! It is so unique and so thoughtfully designed. Walking in is like taking a deep breath of fresh air. When my husband and I arrived, we just stared at all the beautiful woodworking and the incredible natural light flowing throughout. During our stay, we enjoyed reading by the rushing river right off the deck. Its such a peaceful place and feels very secluded and yet its just a short drive from some great places to eat (like Stella Gs!). Toby was also excellent to work with for this reservation and made everything very easy. Cant recommend enough!
This custom riverfront home was everything that the owner's described and more. Toby and Dave were there when we arrived to give us a tour of the home and explain the routines for trash pick-up and other things. They decorated the house for Christmas both inside and out and even included an Christmas tree which made our holiday. The home has two large open porches that are only 5 to 10 yds. from the river bank. This home perfect for a couple and has one additional bedroom with twin beds. The neighbor is very rural. Rustic Knolls is a older community of approx. 50 homes with large properties and the riverfront is just amazing. In addition, the town has a good variety of restaurants and store for shopping.
